Joe Biden didn’t Laugh at the debate because he thought it wwas funny, IMO. He laughed because he wanted YOU to think it all was a waste of time. He wanted you to think, this Paul Ryan guy is a Joke…. Running Against ME, Joe Biden? Who does he think he is? Biden continued to try and belittle and throw off Ryan by continual mocked and interuption and then even said, “Oh… So know you’re Jack Kennedy?” You see…. Biden was trying to make the whole ordeal appear to be a Circus Side Show, otherwise, he would have to answer tough questions and facts provided by Ryan, which he couldn’t. It’s easier to poke fun at someone than it is to debate with them.
