This looks like the beginning of the third world was. I remember the second WW and it was not pleasant. If this is what the US has, then it is time to get the hell out of the us.
It looks like FEMA is preparing to combat guerrilla warfare and American made IEDs.
This surely looks like a military vehicle to me. I suppose that FEMA really needs them. I wonder how many of these trucks they have ordered and who has agreed to build them? I think perhaps I should buy one.
