THIS IS YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD TOO!
I was sitting here wondering how many taxes do we have and those idiots in Washington want to tax us more.
Sales Tax, School Tax, Liquor Tax, Luxury Tax, Excise Taxes, property taxes, cigarette tax, medicare tax, inventory tax, real estate tax, well permit tax, inheritance tax, road usage tax, dog license tax, state income tax, earning tax, food license tax, vehicle sales tax, gross receipts tax, social security tax, service charge tax, fishing license tax, federal -state-city tax, building permit tax, hunting liscense tax, marriage license tax, corporate income tax, personal property tax, accounts receivable tax, recreational vehicle tax, workers compensation tax, telephone usage charge tax, telephone federal excise tax, state unemployment tax, federal unemployment tax, telephone minimum usage surcharge tax, gasoline tax, utility taxes ……….. on and on and on.
You know there are these people in Washington D.C. that claim they can’t help it, its not their fault They are the people we elect to the senate and the house. They try to blame it on “special interst groups” and lobbyiest. They cry because they didn’t know something was in a bill or what it meant. Well folks we hired them and we need to fire them and while we are at it get rid of their big salaries, retirement benefits … I think social security and medicare are just fine for them also. There are no excuses ….. they made this mess and have no one to blame but themselves. So enough is enough.
100 years ago not one of these taxes existed and we were a prosperous nation Mom’s could afford to stay home and raise their children. Now all we do is work to give these jerks our hard earned money and for what!!!
It’s time to let them know we have had it and to butt out of our neighborhood!
A GREAT DAY IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD!
It was a good day in Kansas for a change. Our Primaries are over and a lot of good things happened.
The contest between Moran & Tihart was down and dirty and I think we will be fine. The exciting part is the entrance of new people on the local level that can make a hugh difference in the future. We have Ed Eilert and Larry Winn, two good people that will represent the people well on the johnson county level and Chris Kobach, if elected will be a great addition on the state level.
We must hit at all levels and build to clean up this mess and keep it clean in the future and we are starting to get there. YES, YES, YES!
Oh, just a little message to our President ……. are you kidding ….. Andy Griffith ………somebody have to lead him to the studio? Pretty pitiful Bud.
And how about our neighbors in Missouri …. NO MR. PRESIDENT, did you hear them? Probably not, probably consulting with Andy.
JUST ANOTHER DAY IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD!
I can’t understand why they are calling Social Security an entitlement that the governlment needs to get rid of. WHAT THE HELL ARE THEY TALKING ABOUT.
When Franklin Roosevelt, A DEMOCRAT, introduced the Social Security program it was supposed to be completely voluntary.
Well, that is no longer the case.
The participants would only have to pay 1%, of the first $1,400 of their annual income into the program. MY MONEY I PUT THERE MORANS.
Now its 7.65 on the first $90,000.
That money that participants put into the program would be deductible from their income tax.
That money was supposed to be kept seperate in an independent trust fund that would only be used for the retirement program.
Under Lyndon Johnson it was moved to the general fund and spent.
The payments that retirees get was never to be taxed as income. Under Clinton & Gore up to 85% of social security can be taxed.
And what party did all this THE DEMOCRATS.
Let us not forget …… Under Jimmy Carter immigrants moving into our country at age 65 began to receive Social Security payments even though they never paid a dime into it.
Oh yes …. Congress gives themselves 100% retirment for only serving 1 term. Maybe that’s why they want to end our “entitlement” to fund their lousy pockets.
I’m fed up so are people in my neighborhood. Lets clean house!!!!!
JUST ANOTHER DAY IN YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD
We all feel the pride of home ownership, but I think our ship is sinking. Under the new health care bill starting in 2013 we will be taxed on any gain over 250,000 at the rate of 3.8% . Gee and I thought only the rich would get hit, but then I am rich … I just don’t know it right? Wonder how many of our congressman really knew it was even in the bill. Oh well, just another day in your neighborhood.
IT’S A WONDERFUL DAY IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD, OR IS IT?
Today in Church the sermon was on “doing what is right”. We haven’t had much of that in quite awhile in Washington D.C. We have handed over the care of our country to a bunch of worthless people that have done nothing but pad their pockets and thumb their noses to the people they are supposed to represent. I think its time to throw out all of them and start over, we certainly couldn’t do any worse.
