ZERO Dollars: Planned Parenthood in Hysterics Over Trump’s New Budget

President Trump released his official budget proposal last week, and – if enacted by Congress – it would completely defund Planned Parenthood. According to a fact sheet provided by the Office of Management and Budget, the proposal would fulfill Trump’s campaign vow to prevent federal monies from going to the nation’s largest abortionist.

“The budget follows through on a campaign promise and prohibits any funding in the Labor-HHS appropriations bill for certain entities that provide abortions, including Planned Parenthood,” said the fact sheet. “This prohibition applies to all funds in the bill, including Medicaid.”

Between Medicaid and Title X discretionary funding, Planned Parenthood gets somewhere in the neighborhood of $465 million a year in taxpayer money. This, despite the fact that the Hyde Amendment prohibits federal funds from going to support abortion; Planned Parenthood performs more than 300,000 abortions a year.

Of course, the organization’s big lie is that no federal money goes toward the abortion side of their business, which is one of the most fundamentally stupid things that Democrats have ever tried to sell to their voters.

In a briefing Monday, OMB Director Mick Mulvaney was asked if the budget would strip Planned Parenthood of its federal funding. “Yes,” he replied.

However, he said it was contingent on whether or not the Senate could pass the House version of Republican healthcare reform.

“It assumes the American Health Care Act passes and the AHCA in its current form, which is the one we assumed — and that’s making a bunch of assumptions, here — that it assumes that passes and that defunds Planned Parenthood,” said Mulvaney.

Naturally, the abortionists are fit to be tied. In a blog post, the Planned Parenthood Action Fund warned readers that Trump’s budget would take a thick slice of taxpayer money away from them.

“In an unprecedented move, Trump’s budget singles out women who access Planned Parenthood for basic, preventive health care,” said the blog. “For the first time in history, the president’s budget prohibits Planned Parenthood from participating in ANY program funded through Congress’s annual Labor-HHS bill.”

Well, President Trump offered them a lifeline. He said earlier this year that he would be happy to extend Planned Parenthood’s funding…if they agreed to stop performing abortions. In other words, put your money where your mouth is. If abortions make up such an insignificant slice of your business model that it’s hardly worth mentioning, why not give it up?

Well, they didn’t. And now this is the result. They are essentially telling the world: We care more about performing abortions than we do about all of this “basic, preventative health care” stuff we always squawk about.

Which, frankly, we already knew.

Mike Pence: ‘We will finally defund Planned Parenthood’

Pete BaklinskiPete Baklinski Follow Pete

WASHINGTON, D.C., May 4, 2017 (LifeSiteNews) — U.S. Vice President Mike Pence told a pro-life activist group last night that Congress must “repeal and replace Obamacare” as part of President Trump’s strategy to “finally defund Planned Parenthood.”

“When it comes to Obamacare, I don’t have to remind anyone in this room that this is why Obamacare has got to go,” he said during his May 3 keynote address at the Susan B. Anthony List Gala dinner in Washington, D.C.

“Despite all the promises that were made, despite the tireless work of everyone in this room to stop it so many years ago, Obamacare has allowed taxpayer money to be used to purchase health insurance that covers abortion, among all of its other failings,” he added.

Pence told the pro-lifers that President Trump remains “unwavering in his commitment to defend life and protect women and children.”

“And that commitment will be on full display this week — if you haven’t heard the news yet — because tomorrow, thanks to President Trump’s leadership, Congress is going to vote to repeal and replace Obamacare. And when they vote to repeal and replace Obamacare, we will finally defund Planned Parenthood,” he said to applause.

SOROS’S SMEAR SCRIPTS

A radical group linked to rogue billionaire George Soros has been providing scripts containing anti-Trump talking points for constituents to read aloud during congressional town hall meetings.

One of the scripts distributed by the Revolutionary Love Project encourages town hall participants meeting with their member of Congress to accuse the Trump administration of – wait for it – “xenophobia, racism, and Islamophobia.” Constituents are urged to use those precise words to “forcefully condemn” President Trump’s immigration and border security initiatives, Aaron Klein reports at Breitbart News.

Information about the scripts came as leaked audio from anti-Trump activists associated with the group Indivisible surfaced. Their target was a town hall hosted by Sen. Bill Cassidy (R-La.). They planned to deploy an “inside team” to occupy as many seats as possible and an “outside team” to “give [the media] the coverage they want.” Activists were urged to “dress like conservatives” and avoid “any signifier that you’re a liberal” so they could dominate the meeting.

“Game plan number one is to fill as many seats as we can, right? If it’s all of us in there and the poor people of Breaux Bridge are sitting behind us, well then tough luck for them,” James Proctor of Indivisible reportedly said.

“If we can arrange it so he doesn’t hear one sympathetic question–great. That only magnifies our impact,” he added.

This is a standard, old-time organizing technique used by followers of Rules for Radicals author Saul Alinsky.

It has another name in politics: astroturfing.

Meanwhile, the Revolutionary Love Project states on its website that its supporters “resist all policies, actions, and rhetoric that put people in harm’s way,” and “fight for justice through the ethic of love — love for others, our opponents, and ourselves.” This language is reminiscent of communist revolutionary Ernesto “Che” Guevara’s famous statement that “the true revolutionary is guided by a great feeling of love.”

Among the leftists who have signed the group’s “declaration” promising “to rise up in Revolutionary Love” are Van Jones, the Rev. Dr. William Barber, Melissa Harris-Perry, Jane Fonda, former Philadelphia mayor Michael Nutter (D), Black Lives Matter co-founder Opal Tometi, Linda Sarsour, and Rabbi Sharon Kleinbaum.

The script, which is titled, “#NoBanNoWallNoRaids Talking Points for Congressional Townhalls,” may be viewed here.

As Klein notes,

The anti-Trump script for activists is meant to aid a project driven by the George Soros-funded MoveOn.org group declaring the week of February 18-26 – the first congressional recess of the 115th Congress – to be “Resistance Recess.”

The project called on activists to show up at “elected officials’ events, town halls, and other public appearances to make it clear to those who represent us in Congress, as well as to the media, that tolerance of the Trump Administration’s hurtful policies is intolerable, that indifference or idleness is not acceptable, that complacency is politically toxic.”

A mass email sent by the Revolutionary Love Project asked supporters to repeat the script’s talking points to “voice your concern” during town hall meetings.

Klein provides an excerpt of the script:

Stage 1: Who You Are. My name is ______ and I’m a resident of _______. Add a description of your connection to the community.

Stage 2: Your Concerns. I am particularly concerned about the Administration’s efforts to target and criminalize immigrants, refugees and people entering our country from Muslim-majority countries. I want you as a representative of our district to understand the impact of Trump’s executive orders and to take action.

At the end of the script, Avideh Moussavian of the National Immigration Law Center and Deepa Iyer of the Center for Social Inclusion are listed as contacts. According to the Foundation Search database both groups are funded by Soros’s philanthropic organs.

The National Immigration Law Center has taken in $4.6 million from Soros since 2004, while the Center for Social Inclusion has received $475,000 since 2012.

The Center for Social Inclusion teaches Democrat members of Congress how to lie about and smear their adversaries.

Then-trainer Maya Wiley, who worked for Soros’s philanthropies and as counsel to New York Mayor Bill de Blasio, instructed lawmakers in using “the issue of race to defend government programs.” Rhetoric used by conservatives and free-market enthusiasts is consciously or unconsciously racially coded, she taught, and needed to be overcome with anger.

“It’s emotional connection, not rational connection that we need,” she said. For example, Wiley offered that former House Speaker Newt Gingrich calling Barack Obama a “food stamp president,” cannot be “a race-neutral statement, even if Newt Gingrich did not intend racism.” In other words, all criticism of the leftist 44th president by definition has to be rooted in racism.

Moussavian acknowledged to Breitbart that his group “contributed” to the script “in response to overwhelming concern and fear stemming from the January 27th executive order that sought to ban the entry of refugees and Muslims and in response to mounting questions from community members about how to express these concerns to policy makers.”

In reality Executive Order 13769, which has been enjoined by the courts, temporarily banned visitors from seven terrorism-plagued Muslim countries while shoddy security screening processes could be reconsidered, and did not exclude Muslims as such from the United States. The president is expected to issue a new, more narrowly tailored executive order, or perhaps multiple executive orders, in coming days.

The National Immigration Law Center is a party to one of the lawsuits filed to block EO 13769.

Asawin Suebsaeng wrote a month ago in the Daily Beast that professional community organizers began putting together the Trump-resistance operation on Nov. 9, the day after the election.

From the moment Trump defeated Hillary Clinton in the general election, they’ve been anticipating and mapping out their battle plans for Trump’s orders on deportations, bans, and detention.

So when you heard about a large crowd at an airport in the past few days yelling catchy slogans like “F–K TRUMP, F–K PENCE, THIS COUNTRY’S BUILT ON IMMIGRANTS,” it was no “spontaneous” outpouring of support. It was the result of a lot of unseen work and man hours.

Groups like Make the Road New York, which has received $1 million from Soros since 2001, generated a 15,000-strong anti-Trump protest in Manhattan the Sunday after the election, he reports. Their message to the president-elect was, “We will not let you tear our families apart.”

After Trump signed the executive order the Left dishonestly calls a “Muslim ban,” Make the Road’s director of civic engagement and research, Daniel Altschuler, went to work arranging demonstrations at a New York airport.

“This is [a] man who actually won on a campaign of hate and xenophobia and sexism … We knew we had to respond rapidly,” Altschuler said. “Folks on our organizing team and communications team were poised to respond rapidly because of what we do … We went out to the airport immediately on Saturday. I was en route to the airport around 11:30 a.m.… We were on the phone with other groups, saying, ‘Bring your people to JFK, bring your friends to JFK.’”

Suebsaeng lists other groups involved in protesting Trump, like the New York Immigration Coalition, which has received $550,000 in Soros grants since 1999, and Asian Americans Advancing Justice, which received $1.2 million in Soros grants since 2012.

New York Communities for Change has also been involved in resisting the Trump administration, including the actions at JFK Airport.

There was “a domino effect of rapid mobilization,” said Renata Pumarol, NYCC’s communications director. “And going forward, we have our plans in place to resist Trump … and pressuring corporate Dems to resist every appointment, every aspect of Trump’s agenda.”

NYCC is, of course, a direct successor group to the now-defunct and disgraced Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN), which Soros funded. Until fairly recently, NYCC had office space in ACORN’s old headquarters in Brooklyn.

President Trump called out his predecessor for meddling this week. Accusing Obama of being “behind” the town hall protests and maybe the leaks coming out of the White House, too. A New York Times article from yesterday stated that in the dying days of the Obama administration officials “spread information” about the alleged Russian tampering in the election and supposed ties between that country and Trump associates “across the government.”

Obama’s huge, well-funded agitation outfit, Organizing for Action, has been on the front lines attacking Trump in order to defend the Obama administration’s awful legacy. Both Organizing for Action and Soros-funded MoveOn have been leading the way in packing town hall meetings with unruly protesters.

Obama has rented a $5.3 million, 8,200-square-foot, walled mansion in Washington’s Embassy Row that he is using to command his community organizing cadres in the war against President Trump. Obama’s alter ego, Valerie Jarrett, has reportedly moved into the house to help out. Jarrett also resided in the White House when Obama was president.

Former Attorney General Eric Holder said this week that the former president will soon return to the national spotlight. “It’s coming. He’s coming,” the nearly-impeached former cabinet member said. “And he’s ready to roll.”

Indeed he is.

The Back Alley Becomes Main Street

Abortion mills are not required to meet health standards as high as veterinary clinics yet when Texas passes a law requiring them to meet minimum standards for any health establishment the Supreme Corruption rules this is too much.

It is the opinion of the Legalist Illuminati that we have progressed past anything as quaint as constitutional rights, such as the right to life without which the right to liberty and the pursuit of happiness doesn’t have any meaning.  Then again according to the Apex of the Esquire Class the Constitution always and only means what the Supremes say it means.

According to Richard A. Posner who is a judge, U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit, and a senior lecturer at the University of Chicago Law School “I see absolutely no value to a judge of spending decades, years, months, weeks, day, hours, minutes, or seconds studying the Constitution, the history of its enactment, its amendments, and its implementation (across the centuries—well, just a little more than two centuries, and of course less for many of the amendments). Eighteenth-century guys, however smart, could not foresee the culture, technology, etc., of the 21st century. Which means that the original Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and the post–Civil War amendments (including the 14th), do not speak to today. David Strauss is right: The Supreme Court treats the Constitution like it is authorizing the court to create a common law of constitutional law, based on current concerns, not what those 18th-century guys were worrying about.  In short, let’s not let the dead bury the living.”

The Legion of Doom that makes up the modern woman’s movement has put all its eggs in the abortion basket.  This is their litmus test.  This is their un-holy grail filled with the blood of the martyrs.  Refuse to drink and you shall be cast outside the pail of the liberal establishment, its media propaganda machine, and its crony capitalist K-Street funding cabal.  All Progressive politicos are required to kiss the ring and bow before the Rider of the Pale Horse.

What was so onerous about the Texas law?  What undue burden did it use to oppress women and deny them of their rights? The rules required doctors who perform abortions to have admitting privileges at nearby hospitals and forced clinics to meet hospital-like standards for outpatient surgery.  All this disguised as concern for women’s health.  Why anyone can see that requiring more of abortionists than was once required of their back alley ancestors was obviously a stratagem designed to subjugate women and deprive them of their constitutionally protected right to undergo a serious medical procedure with no clinical or sanitary requirements whatsoever.

Other blatant violations of women’s rights imposed by the right wing hate mongers include limits on when in a pregnancy abortions may be performed and the use of drugs that induce abortions without surgical intervention.  After our Supreme Court of Last Resort invoked their arbitrary power to void the laws of Texas and numerous other states Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton said the law “was an effort to improve minimum safety standards and ensure capable care for Texas women. It’s exceedingly unfortunate that the court has taken the ability to protect women’s health out of the hands of Texas citizens and their duly elected representatives.”

Some of the Black Robed Rulers of our land made statements concerning this case.

Justice Ginsburg, the former lead attorney for Planned Parenthood the nation’s largest chain of abortion mills, wrote a short opinion noting that laws like Texas’ “that do little or nothing for health, but rather strew impediments to abortion, cannot survive judicial inspection” under the court’s earlier abortion-rights decisions. She pointed specifically to Roe v. Wade in 1973 and Planned Parenthood v. Casey in 1992.

Justice Thomas wrote that the decision “Exemplifies the court’s troubling tendency to bend the rules when any effort to limit abortion, or even to speak in opposition to abortion, is at issue.”

Justice Alito, reading a summary of his dissent in court, said “The clinics should have lost on technical, procedural grounds.” Alito also said “The court was adopting a rule of, if at first you don’t succeed, sue, sue and sue again.”

Abortion providers said the rules would have cut the number of abortion clinics in Texas to fewer than 10 if they had been allowed to take full effect.  In other words less than 10 were willing to have doctors who met the standards for having admitting privileges at local hospitals or to meet hospital-like standards for outpatient surgery.

Nancy Northup, president of the Center for Reproductive Rights, which represented the clinics, said, “The Supreme Court sent a loud and clear message that politicians cannot use deceptive means to shut down abortion clinics.”

President Barack Obama praised the decision, saying, “We remain strongly committed to the protection of women’s health, including protecting a woman’s access to safe, affordable health care and her right to determine her own future.”

Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton called the outcome “A victory for women in Texas and across America.”

The only losers anyone can see are the women who are lulled into thinking they are undergoing a safe procedure in a sanitary medical environment. When in fact they are the subjects of unregulated abortionists in uninspected and often unsanitary abortion mills where millions of children die and millions of dollars are made for the industry of death that has decimated entire generations of Americans.  Not only do all the babies die but so do some of the women.  Of course you will never hear that from the Corporations Once Known as the Mainstream Media because today the back alley has become Main Street, and we can’t allow these right wing conspiracy nuts to interfere with the right to kill babies.  That would violate the Constitution. Maybe it is a suicide pact after all.

It’s ‘Fun’ To Dissect Fetuses: New Planned Parenthood Video – Just like selling popcorn at the theater

Horrific indeed…..
Check it out:

The Center for Medical Progress on Tuesday released a fifth undercover video in its campaign targeting Planned Parenthood, this time focusing on a facility in Texas.

In this latest edited 16-minute installment, the head of research for Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast, Melissa Farrell, is seen bragging about her branch’s track record of fetal tissue sales and its ability to deliver fully intact fetal organs to clients.

On April 9, 2015, actors posing as representatives of a human biologics company met with Farrell at the Planned Parenthood center in Houston to discuss the prospect of obtaining intact fetal cadavers for the purposes of medical research.

Bragging rights: Farrell boasts to her companions that the specimen sales from her department contribute significantly to Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast’s bottom line
‘Where we probably have an edge over other organizations, our organization has been doing research for many many years,’ explains Farrell.
She adds that when researchers need a specific body part from an aborted fetus, ‘We bake that into our contract, and our protocol, that we follow this, so we deviate from our standard in order to do that.’
If we alter our process, and we are able to obtain intact fetal cadavers, we can make it part of the budget that any dissections are this, and splitting the specimens into different shipments is this. It’s all just a matter of line items.
Melissa Farrell
Under federal law, altering an abortion procedure to obtain organs is illegal.
She later says: ‘Telling you this, so we can get creative about when and where, and under what conditions can we interject something that is specific to the tissue procurement needs.’
The investigator inquires: ‘Can you alter, if we say, we need a liver?’
Farrell goes on to explain that the condition of harvested organs depends on many factors, including the patient’s anatomy, length of gestation and the placement of the fetus in the uterus.
‘We’re going to potentially be able to have some that will be more or less intact, and then some that will not be… but it’s something that we can look at exploring how we can make that happen so we have a higher chance,’ she notes.
Asked specifically if this means Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast can change abortion procedures to extract intact fetal tissues for research, Farrell affirms: ‘Some of our doctors in the past have projects and they’re collecting the specimens, so they do it in a way that they get the best specimens, so I know it can happen.’

The video concludes with a trip to Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast’s pathological laboratory, where the undercover duo ask to see fresh fetal body parts
The female undercover volunteer then launches into a discussion of the ‘business end’ of the transaction, telling Farrell that the compensation for specific specimens would be higher, ‘Because we know you’re going to run into problems.’
Farrell responds by saying that the higher price for intact organs could be ‘framed‘ as costs associated with a later-term abortion, possible complications and ‘administrative burden.’
‘If we alter our process, and we are able to obtain intact fetal cadavers, we can make it part of the budget that any dissections are this, and splitting the specimens into different shipments is this,’ she sums up for her would-be clients. ‘It’s all just a matter of line items.’
The bogus tissue buyer clarifies: ‘so that our compensation that’s higher to you for our specific specimen intact could be built into that.’
The video then skips ahead to a lunchtime meeting between the buyers and Farrell, during which the female participant in the sting heaps praise on the Planned Parenthood boss for her ability to recognize the financial benefits in ‘getting the right specimen and getting it intact’ by changing the abortion procedure ‘just a little bit.’
Between mouthfuls of food, Farrell boasts to her companions that the specimen sales from her department contribute significantly to Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast’s bottom line.
‘I think everyone realizes, especially because my department contributes so much to the bottom line of our organization here, you know we’re one of the largest affiliates, our research department is the largest in the United States. Larger than any the other affiliates’ combined,’ Farrell brags.
During a hearing in the Texas State Senate July 29, former Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast clinic director Abby Johnson estimated that the branch had previously earned as much as $120,000 a month off of aborted fetal tissue.
Earlier last month, Cecile Richards, the president of the organization, said in a TV interview that Planned Parenthood has done nothing illegal and is the target of a political smear campaign by anti-abortion activists.
The video concludes with a trip to Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast’s pathological laboratory, where the undercover duo ask to see fresh fetal body parts to judge the quality of the specimens.
A lab worker responds with a chuckle that they ‘had a really long day’ and that all of the organs ‘are mixed up together in a bag.’
The workers then proceed to show the fake ‘buyers’ a tray of body parts belonging to an aborted a 20-week twin.
The graphic footage depicts the Center or Medical Progress volunteers rummaging through human tissue and picking out intestines, lungs, limbs and eyeballs.

Alabama Supreme Court Ruling Could End Legal Abortion in America

by David JollyPPP

In a case unrelated to abortion, the Alabama Supreme Court rendered a decision that could topple the legal spires of unholy abortions here in the United States.
The case involved Sarah Janie Hicks who used illegal drugs while she was pregnant. After her baby was born, the infant tested positive for drugs and Hicks was charged with a crime and ended up pleading guilty to violating Alabama’s chemical endangerment statute. Her conviction was challenged and ended up before the Alabama State Supreme Court on the basis that the term ‘child’ did not include the unborn.

In an 8-1 decision, the court upheld the conviction of Hicks. Chief Justice of the Alabama Supreme Court, Roy Moore wrote in his concurring specially part of the ruling (excerpts below taken from full document):
“I concur with the main opinion and with Justice Parker’s concurring specially opinion, which rightly notes that ‘[b]ecause an unborn child has an inalienable right to life from its earliest stages of development, it is entitled … to a life free from the harmful effects of chemicals at all stages of development.’ ___ So. 3d at ___. I write separately to emphasize that the inalienable right to life is a gift of God that civil government must secure for all persons—born and unborn.”
“I. Our Creator, Not Government, Gives to All People ‘Unalienable’ Natural Rights.”
“According to our Nation’s charter, the Declaration of Independence, the United States was founded upon the ‘self-evident’ truth that ‘all Men are created equal, [and] that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights.’ Declaration of Independence, ¶ 2 (1776). Denominated in the United States Code Annotated as one of the ‘Organic Laws of the United States of America,’ the Declaration acknowledges as ‘self-evident the truth that all human beings are endowed with inherent dignity and the right to life as a direct result of having been created by God. When it was signed by our Founding Fathers in 1776, the Declaration returned to first principles of God, His law, and human rights and government…”
“In its views of law and life by the most influential legal treatise of the time, Sir William Blackstone’s Commentaries on the Laws of England (1765). See, e.g., District of Columbia v. Heller, 554 U.S. 570, 593-94 (2008) (recognizing Blackstone’s work as ‘the preeminent authority on English law for the founding generation’ (quoting Alden v. Maine, 527 U.S. 706, 715 (1999))). Blackstone recognized that God’s law was superior to all other laws:
“This law of nature, being co-eval [beginning at the same time] with mankind and dictated by God himself, is of course superior in obligation to any other. It is binding over all the globe, in all countries, and at all times: no human laws are of any validity, if contrary to this ….”
“Therefore, as stated by James Wilson, one of the first Justices on the United States Supreme Court: ‘Human law must rest its authority ultimately upon the authority of that law which is divine.’…”
“II. The Right to Life is an ‘Unalienable’ Gift of God.”
“The first right listed in the Declaration as among our unalienable rights is the right to ‘Life.’ Blackstone wrote that ‘[l]ife is the immediate gift of God, a right inherent by nature in every individual; and it begins in contemplation of law as soon as an infant is able to stir in the mother’s womb.’”…
“God’s creation of man and woman in His own image, Genesis 1:27 (King James), together with the divine command, ‘Thou shalt not kill,’ provides the baseline for the right to life. See Exodus 20:13 (King James). Exodus 21 provides express protection for the unborn: where fighting men ‘hurt a woman with child, so that her fruit depart from her … [a]nd if any mischief follow, then thou shalt give life for life.’ Exodus 21:22-23; see id. (requiring that if ‘no mischief follow’ then the offender must pay a fine). Both testaments attest to the sanctity and personhood of unborn life. See, e.g., Psalm 139:13-15 (‘For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well. My frame was not hidden from you, when I was being made in secret, intricately woven in the depths of the earth.’); Luke 1:44 (Elizabeth declaring that ‘the babe leaped in my womb for joy’)…”
“III. All Governments Must Secure God-Given Rights.”

“Although not the source of our rights, governments are instituted in order to ‘secure these rights’ given by God, the Declaration continues, and are fashioned by the people ‘in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.’ Thomas Jefferson identified ‘the first and only legitimate object of good government’ to be ‘[t]he care of human life and happiness, and not their destruction.’…
“VI. States Have an Affirmative Duty to Protect Unborn Human Life Under the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment.”
“The Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment provides that a state may not ‘deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.’ U.S. Const. amend. XIV (emphasis added). ‘[T]he framers [of the Fourteenth Amendment] attempted to create a legal bridge between their understanding of the Declaration of Independence, with its grand declarations of equality and rights endowed by a Creator God, and constitutional jurisprudence.’…”
“A plain reading of the Equal Protection Clause, therefore, indicates that states have an affirmative constitutional duty to protect unborn persons within their jurisdiction to the same degree as born persons. ‘The purpose of the equal protection clause of the Fourteenth Amendment is to secure every person within the state’s jurisdiction against intentional and arbitrary discrimination, whether occasioned by express terms of a statute or by its improper execution through duly constituted agents.”…
“VII. Conclusion.”
“Under the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment, states have an obligation to provide to unborn children at any stage of their development the same legal protection from injury and death they provide to persons already born. Because a human life with a full genetic endowment comes into existence at the moment of conception, the self-evident truth that ‘all men are created equal and are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights’ encompasses the moment of conception. Legal recognition of the unborn as members of the human family derives ultimately from the laws of nature and of nature’s God, Who created human life in His image and protected it with the commandment: ‘Thou shalt not kill.’ Therefore, the interpretation of the word ‘child’ in Alabama’s chemical-endangerment statute, § 26-15-3.2, Ala. Code 1975, to include all human beings from the moment of conception is fully consistent with these first principles regarding life and law.”
Matt Staver, Founder and President of Liberty Counsel commented on the Alabama Supreme Court ruling, saying:
“In an age where some judges do not know the difference between the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution, or do not even care, finally the Alabama Supreme Court springs forth with a ray of light.”
“[The opinions by Chief Justice Roy Moore and Justice Tom Parker] are well-reasoned, grounded in history and natural law, and completely demolish the fallacies of the U.S. Supreme Court’s abortion decisions.”
“One day soon the United States Supreme Court’s abortion opinions will come toppling down like a house of cards. Then we will look back at history like we now do with Nazi Germany and wonder why our generation was so blind to the personhood of the preborn child.”
The decisions written by Chief Justice Moore and Justice Shaw could well be used as a precedent ruling to abolish legal abortion in the United States. Yes liberals like Obama and others who love making millions from murdering the unborn, like Planned Parenthood, will challenge the ruling and argue the basis for the court’s ruling, but they may have a hard time winning their arguments.
If you have contact with any right to life organization, you need to direct them to this important court ruling which can be read in its entirety here. Hopefully they will jump on the legal bandwagon to overturn Roe v. Wade and save the lives of millions of children that would otherwise be murdered before they draw their first breath of air.

Kansas Abortion Clinic Brags: We’ve Killed 1,200 Babies in Only One Year

by Sarah Jean Semanhttp://www.dreamstime.com/stock-images-abortion-image8189124
Congratulations South Wind Women’s Center, you succeeded in killing more than three people every day for an entire year. Be proud.

The clinic opened one year ago in the same building late-tem abortionist George Tiller operated prior to being murdered in 2009. It is the first and only operating abortion clinic in Wichita, Kansas.

South Wind said it has seen a total of about 1,500 patients for reproductive care, including abortions up to 14 weeks. Patients have come from across the state and from a few other states, such as Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas.
Patient numbers are “right in line with our projections,” said Julie Burkhart, founder of Trust Women, which raised money to open the clinic April 3, 2013. “I feel, of course, positive about that. We have women coming to see us.”

Anti-abortion groups worked to close South Wind before it opened, asking the Wichita City Council to rezone the property near Oliver and Kellogg, and questioning Trust Women’s finances.

“I feel that in this line of work, with the legislation that’s become law and the political climate, our work at times feels tenuous at best,” Burkhart said at the clinic recently. “It’s disconcerting feeling like another shoe could drop.”

Burkhart founded Trust Women to carry out the “vision that Dr. George Tiller had for women of the world.” The clinic is still paying off debt from opening however, and even has to fly doctors in because no one in the region seems willing to “come forward,” Burkhart explained.

Despite the abortion clinic boasting 1,200 deaths in one year, abortions in Kansas are declining:

A preliminary report from the Kansas Department of Health and Environment said 7,479 abortions were performed last year, the second-lowest number since 1987, according to KDHE’s report.
The state has numbers going back to 1971, but reporting did not become mandatory until July 1, 1995. The highest number of abortions in Kansas – 12,612 – occurred in 1973. Numbers have fluctuated over the years, with a decrease since Tiller died.

Now there is a statistic actually worth celebrating.

Ethnic Cleansing In NYC: Almost 50% Of 2012 Abortions Were Black

by Michele HickfordBlack BabyPl

Horrific, horrific, horrific. According to the recently released Summary of Vital Statistics from the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, ethnic cleansing is apparently occurring in the Big Apple.
In New York City, there were 56,000 black pregnancies in 2012. Of that total, 31,000 were aborted. That figure represents almost 50 percent of all abortions in New York City, despite the fact blacks represent less than 15 percent of the population. Read the report here.

Margaret Sanger’s grand plan for eugenics is a grand success in New York. It is progressives who fight most passionately for the policies and “freedoms” to allow this ethnic cleansing to occur. And conservatives are supposed to be the racist ones?

Planned Parenthood President: When Life Begins Not “Really Relevant” To Abortion…

Planned-Parenthood-Lady
Planned Parenthood President Cecile Richards told an interviewer on Thursday that “I don’t know that it’s really relevant” to consider when life begins when discussing abortion.

The abortion industry leader appeared on Fusion TV’s America with Jorge Ramos before a backdrop featuring pictures of herself and Wendy Davis.

“For you, when does life start? When does a human being become a human being?” Ramos asked.

“This is a question that I think will be debated through the centuries,” she said.

“But for you, what’s that point?” Ramos followed up.

“It is not something that I feel like is really part of this conversation,” she said, stuttering and clearly shaken. “I think every woman needs to make her own decision,” she finally said.

OBAMA’S CRINGE-WORTHY REMARKS ABOUT SLAYING BABIES

While abortion foes defend ‘inalienable right to life’ at D.C. rally

House Majority Leader Rep. Eric Cantor, R-Va., on Wednesday assured people assembled for the 2014 March for Life that, “We will prevail in securing a culture of life in America.

“The truth is there is an inalienable right to life. This is not just a political truth subject to the whims of men,” he said.

He was among the speakers at a rally that preceded Wednesday’s march to the U.S. Supreme Court, which 41 years ago decided the Constitution contained the right to abort an unborn child at any point in a pregnancy.

Earlier in the morning, tens of thousands of young pro-lifers gathered in Washington’s Armory for a Mass for Life 2014 by the Washington archdiocese. Thousands more gathered at the Verizon Center, packing two of the city’s biggest venues with those who traveled to the snow-covered city for this year’s march.

It is the 41st anniversary of the Supreme Court’s ruling that is estimated already to have cost 55 million lives.

Coinciding with the March for Life, a Knights of Columbus/Marist Poll found 62 percent of Americans believe that abortion is morally wrong.

Before the March began, rally speakers featured Cantor, Sen. Rick Santorum, blogger Jill Stanek, Rep. Chris Smith, R-N.J., FamilyTalk founder James Dobson and more.

Some groups traveling to D.C. for the march faced inclement weather that made their journey difficult. One group, Cape Cod Bus for Life, was stopped in Connecticut and the travelers were told they wouldn’t be able to travel further.

“We were in the middle of Connecticut when our bus driver pulled over to a rest stop and told [us] that we couldn’t drive any further because of the storm,” Molly Burgess, a student traveling with the group said.

“I believe it was the bus company that told us we couldn’t continue … but the man who was running our group wasn’t going to give up without a fight and neither were the teenagers on the bus,” Burgess said. “All of us teenagers were praying the rosary in the back of the bus in hope of continuing our journey. And Our Lady answered our prayers and now here we are!”

Pope Francis tweeted his support, writing, “I join the March for Life in Washington with my prayers. May God help us respect all life, especially the most vulnerable.”

Police in Washington gave widely varying estimates for the size of the crowd on the intensely cold day, ranging from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands.

But significantly, a key organizer with March for Life estimated more than half of those attending are under age 18. Universities also had a large presence.

NBC did have cameras outside the Capitol across from the Supreme Court where the march ended, but an NBC staff member said the crew was reporting on the weather, not the march.

“Marchers used the hashtags #WhyWeMarch and #MarchForLife on social media throughout the day. By mid afternoon tens of thousands of tweets had been posted to Twitter of the march.

President Obama, in a statement from the White House, used the anniversary of Roe v. Wade to promise that America “is a country where everyone deserves the same freedom and opportunities to fulfill their dreams.”

Except that “everyone” for Obama, described as the most pro-abortion president in history, apparently does not include the unborn.

His statement talked about a woman’s choices about her body and her health and renewed his dedication “to protecting a woman’s access to safe, affordable health care and her constitutional right to privacy, including the right to reproductive freedom.”

But his only reference to the unborn called them “unintended pregnancies.”

But his only reference to the unborn called them “unintended pregnancies.”

Dr. Ben. S Carson, world-renowned professor emeritus of neurosurgery at Johns Hopkins, wrote in a commentary that his professional career has been devoted to saving and enhancing lives, and he’s sometimes seen what many consider miraculous events.

“Most of us instinctively want to protect helpless creatures and sometimes go to great lengths to do so. The television commercials about abused animals are poignant, and as a society, we sometimes delay or cancel large construction projects to protect an ‘endangered’ insect, amphibian or fish. Yet many of us turn a blind eye to the wanton slaughter of millions of helpless human babies, who are much more sophisticated than some of the other creatures, when nothing is at stake other than the convenience of one or both parents.

“I am not saying we should abandon our efforts to save baby seals and a host of other animals. I am saying: Shouldn’t we consider adding human fetuses and babies to the list?” he wrote.

“Watching the human fetus develop is awe-inspiring. In less than three months from conception, the little hands and feet are quite recognizable, and distinct facial features characterize cute but very tiny human beings. From Day One, neurons of the brain are proliferating at a rate that will yield a staggering 100 billion neurons by birth. In a matter of nine months from conception, we have a living, breathing, eating, vocal human being who just two months later is socially interactive.”

Obama on Wednesday, in fact, held a White House event on protecting women and girls from sexual assault. He has announced an executive order setting up the White House Task Force on Protecting Students from Sexual Assault.

The Knights of Columbus poll also found 74 percent of Americans favor a ban on abortions after 20 weeks except to save the life of the mother, and 53 percent believe life begins at conception.

Common-sense limits on abortion, such as parental notification, drew 80 percent support, a 24-hour waiting period 79 percent, and showing a woman an ultrasound image, 58 percent.

In a commentary in the Chicago Tribune, Chapman University professor Ronald Rotunda wrote about his interview with Supreme Court Justice Harry Blackmun, who wrote that fateful decision.

Blackmun, in the interview years ago, said, “We tried to decide the case on a constitutional basis, not a moral basis,” even though the authors of the Constitution, according to history, acknowledged a sovereign power in the founding of the nation.

According to the commentary, Blackmun explained the ruling, “protected the woman’s right, with the physician, to get an abortion.”

“He spoke of the case as a doctor’s rights case, not a woman’s right case. In Roe, Blackmun said, for the first trimester, ‘the attending physician, in consultation with his patient, is free to determine, without regulation by the state, that, in his medical judgment, the patient’s pregnancy should be terminated.’ Note that the right was the right of the physician, whom Blackmun assumed was male,” Rotunda wrote.

“Blackmun explicitly rejected the argument that ‘one has an unlimited right to do with one’s body as one pleases,’” he wrote.

Judie Brown of the American Life League said, “Over the years, polarization within society has made it nearly impossible to bring the reality of who dies in abortion back front and center to the struggle. This is exactly where we are today, on the eve of the 41st tragic remembrance of those deadly Supreme Court decisions. But it does not have to continue. We need not continue to repeat our mistakes or exacerbate the situation by pushing for politics as usual.

“Rather, we can and must reacquaint ourselves with the facts and correct the movement’s modus operandi moving forward,” she said.

Liberty Counsel’s Mat Staver said too few resources are dedicated to adoption.

“Unplanned does not mean unlovable. No story is dearer than an adoption story where a heroic mother gives the ultimate gift and a loving family emerges.”

Marjorie Dannenfelser, president of the Susan B. Anthony List, said too many times, “unscrupulous abortionists” still reign.

“Children, some old enough to feel excruciating pain, are being killed daily by the thousands. Americans are waking up to this brutality and want better for these babies and their mothers. Fortunately, the tide is turning with numerous state legislatures and the U.S. House voting in favor of historic legislation to protect babies after 20 weeks, more than halfway through pregnancy and when science shows babies feel pain.”

Lila Rose, of Live Action, said, “Until the day abortion is nothing more than a bad memory in our nation, we at Live Action will not give up speaking for those who have no voice. We will stand up for them today at the March for Life, and we will support and defend them unto our dying breaths.”

It was Dennis Byrne, who blogs at Chicago Now and wrote recently about the state March for Life event in Chicago, who cited the costs.

“America is missing at least 55 million people – that’s the estimated number of abortions performed in the United States since the historic Roe v. Wade and Doe v. Bolton decisions were handed down by the Supreme Court in 1973.

“Fifty-five million. That’s almost 20 percent of today’s population. Talk about genocide,” he wrote.

But that apparently doesn’t bother many, explained Byrne, a contributing op-ed columnist for the Chicago Tribune.

“For the extremists in Planned Parenthood, Illinois Personal PAC, ACLU and other absolutist outfits that support the idea that an unborn child can be killed for any reason (an idea made real by the combined Roe and Doe decisions), those 55 million aren’t people. They’re not even mourned for the loss of potential life.”

But he said it does matter: “I’ll be accused – again – of being heartless, of not caring about a woman who is forced to make a difficult choice. I’ll be told that if I don’t want an abortion then I should not get one. As if there is no one else involved in this matter of pure ‘Choice.’ Making the millions and millions of problems (not persons, mind you) disappear, as if they were never people who ever existed?

“Now that’s heartless.”
