Busted: O’Keefe Catches Dems Advocating Voter fraud

Liberals say there is no fraud because right now it is hard to catch it.
They have made the rules so it is easy to cheat.
This makes our democracy very vulnerable.

Check it out:

For Colorado Democrats, voter fraud isn’t just a way of life—it’s an awesome way of life.

James O’Keefe has released more raw footage showing employees of three separate Democratic groups in Colorado—Work For Progress, Greenpeace, and the Rep. Joe Salazar campaign—directly condoning James’ suggestions about how to commit voter fraud using mail in ballots.

Watch:
document.write( ” );

This isn’t just criminal—it’s enthusiastically criminal.

Progressives like Donna Brazile may believe that allegations of voter fraud are “a big ass lie,” but the only big ass lie I’m seeing is the lie Democrats in Colorado are telling when they say they’re working for fair and equal representation for the citizens of their state.

John Fund at National Review points out that Colorado officials have repeatedly warned legislators about the very real prospect of mass-mailed ballots being used to commit voter fraud:

Colorado secretary of state Scott Gessler, along with several county election clerks, have raised warning flags that a new state law that automatically mails a ballot to everyone is an engraved invitation to commit fraud. “Sending ballots to people who did not even ask for them or have moved out of state is asking for trouble” he told me. For example, little can stop someone who collects discarded ballots from trash cans, fills out the ballots, and mails them in. Election workers are supposed to compare signatures on registration records with signed ballots. But if a person has a “witness” who signs the ballot on the witness line, then the signatures do not have to match and the vote is counted.

If voter fraud is as easy in Colorado as it appears to be, it’s a wonder any Republicans get elected at all.

BORDER AGENT ISSUES DESPERATE PLEA FOR HELP, SAYS US COMPLETELY OVERRUN BY CRIMINAL ALIENS

“The ones we are losing are convicted felons, aliens from special interest countries, and other high risk individuals..”

borderplea

by Adan Salazar
A US Border Patrol agent stationed in South Texas has reached out to Infowars in a desperate plea for help, stating more than half of immigrants crossing the border end up doing so successfully and that many of those are the most criminal types.

“As a Border Patrol Agent, I can tell you as an eye witness that we are currently losing more than we are catching,” the agent claims, whose name has been withheld to protect him from retaliation.

Labeling efforts to secure the border an “ongoing crisis,” the agent points to numerous issues further adding to the fruitless task, including a lack of staffing, a lack of support from the American people and the Obama administration’s refusal to acknowledge the crisis.

Patrolling the Rio Grande Valley sector, the United States’ southernmost border with Mexico and its most porous, the agent says immigrants who evade capture are typically the most violent.

“The ones we are losing are convicted felons, aliens from special interest countries, and other high risk individuals. We are so overwhelmed and preoccupied by the flood of juveniles and family units that we cannot use our resources to catch the more serious aliens,” the agent states.

Furthermore, the agent says, under the direction of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, immigrants are being rounded up and released in largely-Hispanic populated South Texas towns, such as Brownsville and McAllen, because “fewer people will notice or care.”

“We have been doing that for months before the stories broke in Phoenix, Arizona a couple of weeks ago,” reports the agent.

Americans desperate for a solution to the overwhelming number of immigrants flooding past the border (the agent estimates they are unable to prevent sometimes more than 10,000 per week) have started petitions on the White House website asking President Obama for support.

“The Border Patrol in the Rio Grande Valley Sector is overwhelmed and at a breaking point,” one petition says. “We The People need President Obama and the Department of Homeland Security to protect us and take the necessary steps to meet this state of emergency adequately and immediately.”

The agent’s statements echo sentiments put forth last year by Immigration Customs and Enforcement union boss Chris Crane, who in February testified before a House Judiciary Committee about the lawlessness behind the “nation’s broken immigration system,” stating that, “Ice has essentially prohibited its agents from enforcing” immigration law.

While Infowars frequently highlights violations of the Fourth Amendment by overzealous border agents, it is equally reprehensible the Department of Homeland Security and the Obama administration are failing to address the flood of criminal immigrants invading the nation.

Below is the agent’s distressing letter in full…

Good Morning,

I am a Border Patrol Agent in the Rio Grande Valley Sector (RGV), south of Corpus Christi, Texas. Thank you for your continued support and coverage of the ongoing crisis on the border. I would like to take a moment to convey the absolute desperation that we are reaching down here. We have been ordered to release thousands of Family Units (Parent/Child), and thousands of teenage unaccompanied juveniles (Under 18). We have encountered numerous instances of fraud, kidnapping, and exploitation where adults are claiming that very young children are their own, when in fact they are not. Many of the unaccompanied juveniles are claiming that they have a responsible parent to be released to, when in fact they do not.

As a Border Patrol Agent, I can tell you as an eye witness that we are currently losing more than we are catching. On a good day, we catch approximately 30 to 40 percent of all crossers while the rest simply get away. In the RGV, we have been averaging around 10,000 apprehensions per week. That means we are losing well over 10,000 aliens per week. And the aliens that are getting away are not the juveniles or the family units because they are turning themselves in at the first sight of agents. The ones we are losing are convicted felons, aliens from special interest countries, and other high risk individuals. We are so overwhelmed and preoccupied by the flood of juveniles and family units that we cannot use our resources to catch the more serious aliens.

In the RGV, we have been releasing aliens, through ICE, in Brownsville, Texas and McAllen, Texas. We have been ordered to go out of our way to bus them to those locations for release because they are cities of mostly Hispanic heritage, so fewer people will notice or care. We have been doing that for months before the stories broke in Phoenix, Arizona a couple of weeks ago.

We cannot get any attention or relief down here. We desperately need immediate manpower, resources, and a firm support of Americans. This is de facto amnesty. The President and the Secretary of Homeland Security will ignore this issue as long as possible in order to let as many illegal aliens gain entry into the United States.

Again, thank you for your undying support and patriotism. You have no idea how much my fellow agents and I appreciate it.

God Bless America,
Infowars has confirmed the identity of the agent.

Feds ignite suspicion with explosive buying spree

by Steve Peacock

Explosion

Two days after WND uncovered a U.S. State Department plan to buy hundreds of pounds of plastic explosives and thousands of containers of liquid explosives, the agency – which refuses to comment on the discovery – awarded hundreds of thousands of dollars in contracts for the blasting supplies.

The explosives, including hundreds of pounds of C4, originally were to be shipped to Sterling, Virginia, home to the Diplomatic Pouch and Mail Unit, or DPM/U. The unit is tasked with sending secure pouches and crates to U.S. embassies and consulates worldwide, as previously reported.

The original contracting documents still mention the DPM/U shipping destination and list a State Department contracting office address in Dun Loring, Virginia, site of a diplomatic-security field office.

But the new contract awards suddenly identify the contracting office address as 1701 N. Ft. Myer Dr., Arlington, Virginia – headquarters of the Office of Security Management within the State Department Construction, Facility and Security Management Directorate.

The directorate is a division of State’s Bureau of Overseas Building Operations, or OBO, whose mission is to provide “safe, secure, and functional facilities that represent the U.S. government to the host nation and support our staff as they work to achieve U.S. foreign policy objectives.”

The State Department thus far has awarded contracts in two explosives-procurement actions. Both went to the Arkansas-based Omni Explosives.

Omni will get $320,000 via Contract Award No. 10524H1636 to provide State with 450 pounds of C4 M112 explosives, nearly 2,600 containers of liquid and aluminum-powder explosives, 188 feet of “linear-shaped charges” and more than 8,000 blasting caps and other equipment. The award satisfies Solicitation No. FY14-GC-273.

State will pay Omni an additional $30,000 via Contract Award No. 10524H0257 for another 225 pounds of C4 plastic explosives, five pounds of C2 “sheet explosives” and 144 bottles of high-energy liquid explosives.

Accompanying the order, which satisfies Solicitation No. FY14-GC-281, are thousands of feet of detonating cord plus 18,000 feet of military-grade safety fuses and hundreds of blasting caps and fuse igniters.

State has not yet awarded contracts in Solicitation No. FY14-GC-282, which seeks yet another combination of C4 block, sheet and liquid explosives with accompanying caps, igniters and related blasting equipment. Nor has it awarded a contract for “explosive entry systems,” “blasting tubes” and inert C4 and dynamite via Solicitation no. FY14-GC-272.

The State Department in the meantime appears ready, for reasons unknown, to privatize some of its diplomatic pouch-service functions.

Within days of awarding the contracts for the explosives, which are to be delivered to the Sterling diplomatic facility, the Office of Logistics Management in State’s Bureau of Administration revealed its need for contractors “to provide technical, management, and labor necessary for Diplomatic Pouch and Mail Support Services at various Department of State Facilities in the Metro DC area.”

The ultimate destination for the explosives remains shrouded in secrecy, as State has failed to explain its intentions for the destructive materials.

Indeed, WND’s entreaties to State’s Office of Press Relations initially were met with laughter.

That inquiry was then stonewalled by a State spokesperson’s purported puzzlement about what WND wanted to know about the explosives.

Among other questions, State was asked to explain how the blasting equipment fits with its mission to “shape and sustain a peaceful, prosperous, just, and democratic world and foster conditions for stability and progress for the benefit of the American people and people everywhere.”

State has not responded, despite putting in writing this and other questions, such as: “For what purpose is the department making these purchases? How – and where and by whom – will these explosives be used?”

State also recently published a bid request on a combined package of products ranging from explosives-storage lockers to hundreds of cans of spray paint.

It separately issued a similarly varied solicitation seeking several “ARMAG type” explosives-storage boxes – two eight-feet tall and another two that are 12-feet high – that meet all Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearms “specifications for fire, weather and theft resistance.”

The solicitation also listed items such as binoculars, whistles, four 100-feet parachute cords and one roll of yellow, crime-scene marking tape.

DHS Contracted to Purchase 704 Million Rounds of Ammo Over Next 4 Years: 2,500 Rounds Per Officer

DHSammoBy Ali Meyer

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is contracted to purchase 704,390,250 rounds of ammunition over the next four years, which is equal to a total of about 2,500 rounds per DHS agent per year, according to a January 2014 Government Accountability Office (GAO) report entitled Ammunition Purchases Have Declined Since 2009.

“If DHS were to purchase all 704 million rounds over the next four years, and if they were used by 70,000 DHS agents and officers, it would be roughly 2,500 rounds per agent per year,” David Maurer, author of the GAO report, told CNSNews.com.

“That would be higher than what we saw in past years at DHS and higher than the average annual number of rounds per agent or officer at the Department of Justice (DOJ),” he said.

“The 704,390,250 number of rounds is like a ceiling or credit limit which DHS wouldn’t have to fully execute,” said Maurer. “It’s there to use over the next four years until fiscal year 2018, if DHS needed to purchase those rounds.”

In Appendix III of the GAO report, “Department of Homeland Security Ammunition Contracts, as of October 1, 2013,” it states that “the 29 existing DHS ammunition contracts extend over the next 4 fiscal years and have a remaining contract limit of approximately 704 million rounds (for various ammunition types) if every option for purchasing ammunition were exercised into fiscal year 2018.”

Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents in training. (DHS)

The appendix puts the contract ceiling cost at $285,356,645 for the 704,390,250 rounds of ammo.

As of October 2013, the DHS had a total amount of 159 million ammunition rounds on hand in inventory (see p. 22 in report), which when divided by the estimated number of DHS officers of 70,000, comes to about 2,271 rounds per agent.

To put these numbers in perspective, the report provides data on how many rounds were actually bought and how many rounds would typically be needed during training.

“We analyzed DHS data on ammunition purchases and the size of the firearm-carrying workforce for fiscal years 2008 through 2013 and found the average number of rounds of ammunition purchased per year per firearm-carrying agent or officer by component for this time period ranged between approximately 1,000 and 2,000 rounds,” said the report.

“This variation exists because each component independently decides, based on its operational needs, how much ammunition to allocate to its firearm-carrying personnel for training and qualification each year,” said the report. “For example, FPS provides each officer 250 rounds per quarter per handgun for firearm qualification, while ICE provides 100 rounds per quarter per handgun for firearm qualification.”

In fiscal year 2013, 900 rounds were bought per agent or officer at DHS and 1,200 rounds were bought per agent or officer at DOJ.

“According to CBP [U.S. Customs and Border Protection] data, new Border Patrol agents each use approximately 3,300 rounds during training and qualification, compared with experienced officers who might use about 600 rounds,” reads the report. “DHS components provided data on the amount of ammunition typically used by a new law enforcement hire, which ranged from 2,000 to 5,000 rounds.”

“At both DHS and DOJ, federal law enforcement agents and officers are authorized to carry firearms, and are required to train in their use and pass certain firearms qualification standards,” reads the report. “Firearms proficiency is a key component of an officer’s ability to successfully fulfill the component’s mission and protect life and public safety.”

The report continues, “To help ensure the firearms proficiency of their firearm-carrying workforce, these agencies purchase a variety of types of ammunition for training, qualifications, and operational purposes.”

THE DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY SAYS IT IS ILLEGAL TO PLAY MUSIC IN THE UNITED STATES

HOMELAND12 by Michael Martin under Music Vs. Dept. Homeland Security

The Department of Homeland Security (An agency enacted through the Patriot Act) is now demanding through enforcement from The State Fire Marshalls that ALL LIVE MUSIC PLAYED IN THE UNITED STATES MUST HAVE A PERMIT FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY.

This is an outrage to freedom and the ideals of The American people and our quickly evaporating rights.

This is just the start to the reality of what The Department of Homeland Security is going to do to the American citizens. The DHS is actually saying it is illegal to play music or operate a business where music is played for any reason without paying The Department of Homeland Security, and giving them much personal and private information. If The DHS can regulate the performance of a song where do you think they will stop? The fact is they won’t!

The Department of Homeland Security does not have the jurisdiction to enforce laws in The United States. They have purposefully and misleadingly attached themselves to The Fire Marshall to circumvent American constitutional rights and automatically give themselves jurisdiction in every business in The United States. This is enforced through the Fire Marshall’s inspection of commercial public businesses.

Please stand with me, American Citizens everywhere, and business owners in demanding that we will not allow The Department of Homeland Security in our businesses and homes. We need all US Citizens and our elected officials to stand united against the unlawful abuses of The Department of Homeland Security and this increasingly fascist government. The Patriot Act is the only reason The Department of Homeland Security has any jurisdiction. This is intentional. This is the first bold and aggressive move by them. Please stand with us! Our children and grandchildren need us!

I and my business Folly Moon (a restaurant in downtown Muncie, IN) have a hearing with The Department of Homeland Security at The Indiana State House on Friday Aug. 2nd at 10a.m.

Sen. Jeff Sessions: Napolitano’s tenure ‘defined by a consistent disrespect for the rule of law’

by Caroline Mayjanet-napolitano-pat
At least one lawmaker will not miss outgoing Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano.

Shortly following the announcement that Napolitano will be stepping down in September, Alabama Republican Sen. Jeff Sessions issued a strong rebuke of her tenure at DHS.

“Secretary Napolitano’s tenure at the Department of Homeland Security was defined by a consistent disrespect for the rule of law,” Sessions said in a statement.

Sessions, a vocal critic of the department’s approach to immigration enforcement, said that Napolitano’s resignation should “refocus” Congress’ attention on ensuring laws are enforced, specifically immigration laws.

“The most significant obstacle to immigration reform remains President Obama’s selective enforcement of the law,” Sessions continued. “Any selection—interim or permanent—to replace Secretary Napolitano must disavow these aggressive non-enforcement directives or there is very little hope for successful immigration reform.”

He further called on Napolitanos replacement to “restore the rule of law, as well as the morale of ICE officers which has plummeted under her tenure.”

Napolitano will become the next president of the University of California system after leaving DHS. She is expected to more than triple her salary by taking the new position.

A replacement has not yet been named.

Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano Is Resigning Today- HoRay, HoRay

by BRETT LOGIURATO janet-napolitano-1 SIS

United States Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano will resign on Friday, according to reports in Reuters and the Los Angeles Times’ Larry Gordon. She will become the next president of the University of California system, Gordon reports — becoming the first woman in its 145-year history to hold the post.

Napolitano has served as the leader of President Barack Obama’s homeland security division since his first inauguration in 2009.

Her resignation comes at a time when Washington is in the midst of a furious debate over reshaping and reforming the nation’s immigration laws. Napolitano has been an outspoken proponent of the recently passed Senate bill that is considered a non-starter in the Republican controlled House of Representatives.

Napolitano, a Democrat, was the governor of Arizona from 2003-09.

Did They Check Eric Holder's Closet? US Park Police Lost Thousands Of Guns?

Truck full of gunsThis is just additional proof that the federal government does not do anything particularly well. According to the Inspector General of the Interior Department The US Park Police (who take care of national parks and national monuments) lost track of hundreds of firearms. I know for a fact they aren’t in my garage or basement. Perhaps Eric Holder took them, in these days of tight budgets it has become harder for him to afford guns to give his Mexican Drug Cartel friends. Or perhaps the guns are hiding in the same place those missing Obamacare savings are hiding.

According IG’s report, investigators discovered 1,400 guns that were supposed to have been destroyed. An additional 198 handguns donated to the Park Police by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms that are not reflected in official records are being housed in a building in Southeast D.C. There is no evidence that the wayward guns have found their ways into the hands of criminals, but the report noted that the Park Police might not be aware if they had.
In another instance, the agency in October 2011 sent a list of 18 pistols, shotguns and rifles it described as lost or stolen to a national database. But it never launched an internal investigation. The guns, it turned out, had been destroyed or given to other agencies — or they were still in Park Police possession, according to the report. One Remington shotgun remains missing.
“Commanders up to and including the chief of police have a lackadaisical attitude toward firearms management,” wrote Mary L. Kendall, the deputy inspector general. “Historical evidence indicates that the indifference is a product of years of inattention to administrative detail.”
Back in 2008 and 2009 the IG did a similar study and found a similar problem. The issue was never fixed, and scalded the agency’s managers for a “decade-long theme of inaction and indifference.”

A spokesman for the National Park Service, which manages the Park Police, said that Teresa Chambers, the chief of the Park Police, will implement the IG’s recommended fixes “without delay.”
“I have no tolerance for this management failure,” said Park Service Director Jonathan B. Jarvis in a statement. “The safety and security of our visitors and employees remain our highest priority.”
Sure a government agency doing something without delay…I will believe it when I see it.

Seattle Has Been Taken Over By The Department Of Homeland Security

(Montana Pike Hunter) I’m writing to you today to bring light to share with you some curious things I noticed this weekend.

In order to put them into perspective, I must let you know a little about myself. I was born in Seattle Washington and moved to Missoula Montana in July of 2001. I still have friends in Seattle and I go there to visit yearly.

I went last year and observed a lot of peculiar infrastructure put in place, but nothing more noteworthy than the extremely sophisticated camera systems on the state borders. This year I witnessed significantly more, a deterioration into an Orwellian setting that I never could have imagined.

Seattle is now informally under Federal Control. Whether the local police and sheriff’s departments know it or not, they are being groomed to relinquish control to the Department of Homeland Security, it would appear that vast amounts of resources are being placed inside the city on standby. I would have gladly taken more pictures, but given the circumstances, which I will explain later, I was unable to.
picture 1
What you see here first, is a homeless man who got drunk and took a dive into the concrete. What you can’t see to the left of the picture by the arrow, are 3 Department of Homeland Security vehicles which I will show later. That’s right, our counter terrorist force is responding to domestic disturbances.
Shown in the red oval, is a DHS operative, clearly displaying “POLICE” on the back of his type III-A body armor. A clear difference compared to the domestic officer pictured in the green oval, who is wearing the typical type II armor. Also, observe his badges and identification obviously present on his left shoulder – clearly absent on the DHS official.
picture 2Shown here are 2 DHS vehicles which are portrayed as standard police vehicles, but upon closer observation are shown to be Federal Agents, and this is where things got uncomfortable.
After taking these photos, the two DHS vehicles began to follow us down the block, circling the block several times that we were walking on and then slowing to a creep while passing us while they stared us down. The close up photo was taken on their second pass. This made my girlfriend very intimidated and unhappy, and I began to take less obvious pictures of them since we were on vacation, and this trip was about relaxing, but I was too puzzled by their blatantly overwhelming presence.

These vehicles are EVERYWHERE in Seattle, making rounds on any particular block about every 10 minutes, driving in caravans as long as 6 vehicles, but mostly in twos and threes, and always in an aggressive fashion. Speeding, sudden stops, unnecessary acceleration, and clear traffic violations. The frequency with which I observed these actions while eating a long lunch in a local restaurant as well as while walking through the streets was startling. I would say it might be a training exercise if it weren’t for their interaction in insignificant events like drunk bums and medical emergencies.
picture 3 The third photo shows another obscure medical emergency with 3 DHS vehicles present. 2 vehicles are obvious, the third is behind the white truck. Once again, our counter terrorist force is responding to heart attacks or whatever else might be happening in this photo, which took one ambulance and one stretcher, Clearly a minor medical emergency.
Are the 1.6 billion rounds starting to make more sense now? they’re grooming and placing assets where they need them first. Ever heard of the massacre at Hue, south Vietnam? on January 31st of 1968, the N. Vietnamese were able to go inside this city in the early hours of the morning and execute every single South Vietnam sympathizer without error. in one night they were able to pinpoint every household where they lived, pull them out and kill them. at the time this seamed improbable, how could they organize this? informants, data systems, and useful idiots that thought something like that could never happen. And then it happened. With the internet, Facebook, and other electronic resources in place, and others being put in place, I think it’s pretty clear what is going on, get ready Patriots, we’re in for the long haul.

Fed Govt Takes Over Tennessee Festival

NASHVILLE- The American public has become increasingly cautious towards the Department of Homeland Security. The federal agency has come under increased scrutiny for purchasing 1.6b rounds of high-powered ammunition and stockpiling heavily armored vehicles to be used in the streets of America. US Congressman Huelscamp (R-KS) has asked the DHS multiple times why they needed to purchase these bullets and tanks and the DHS refuses to answer him and other members of Congress who are demanding answers. Proponents of big government say it is for our protection, but it is important to recall that our militia and army protect us from any foreign invasion according to the constitution. This is not the job of non-elected federal bureaucrats armed with weapons, which are outlawed to all American people accept themselves. The DHS has had its eye on Tennessee recently. A federal grant was given to the state to purchase drones. The grant spurred legislative action in the state of Tennessee to block drone activity as it was delivered during the same time of the Obama Administration’s drone controversy.
Armer
Armored DHS Vehicle
In a developing story the DHS and FBI are said to be taking over Nashville, Tennessee’s CMA Festival, which is the largest country music event in the world. Downtown hospitality industry management have warned their staff to be careful when entering and leaving the city for work, not to bring backpacks, or look suspicious in any way because DHS and FBI agents will be conducting searches and seizures. As the city prepares for the festival DHS and FBI agents have already been seen around the downtown area blocking off bridges and bringing in equipment. Being a Southern state, Tennessee residents tend to hold a certain disdain for the federal government while holding the principle of state sovereignty in high regard. This is especially the case when they take over their capital city without regards to their Fourth Amendment rights, and push their elected Sheriffs out of the way to set up shop.
