On the heels of the fracas that resulted from the Susan G. Komen Foundation pulling Planned Parenthood funding, and then reinstating it, comes a new report that might make the breast cancer research giant a little uncomfortable.

The American Life League has released a graphic new video report that it says shows how Planned Parenthood “exposes children to sexual material in order to seed a generation of sex addicts, who will become future customers for the abortion giant.”“If you aren’t convinced by now that there are some truly sick pups behind Planned Parenthood, this video from the American Life League should erase any lingering doubts,” the Right Scoop says. “In the name of ‘education,’ Planned Parenthood exposes children as young as 10 years old to pornographic illustrations of masturbation, nudity, sexual activity, and much much more.”

“Any parent that sees the video of Planned Parenthood’s material for school children will be horrified,” Jim Sedlak, vice president of the American Life League, told Life Site News. “Planned Parenthood’s business model is aimed at making money from people who are engaged in sexual activity. Those are the women who will have abortions, which made up 51% of Planned Parenthood’s clinic revenue in 2010.”

What’s he talking about? Here’s an explanation:

In one section the video, “Hooking Kids on Sex,” talks about a book for 10-year-olds with graphic images about how to masturbate, put on a condom and have sexual intercourse.

The video also discusses Planned Parenthood of the Upper Hudson’s S.T.A.R.S (Seriously Talking About Responsible Sex), which required applicants to the program to be high school students and go to the sexually explicit Capital Pride.
The video begins with graphic images showing how Planned Parenthood regularly uses props shaped as male and female genitals — including suckers — in their pitches.

(CNSNews.com) – One in five Planned Parenthood affiliates nationwide have been cited for financial irregularities, according to a report by the Alliance Defense Fund, a religious liberty legal organization that based its findings on data from state and federal audits.

The report was sent to Rep. Cliff Stearns (R-Fla.), chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations, which is investigating the use of federal funds going by Planned Parenthood Federation of America. Planned Parenthood, the nation’s largest abortion provider, has 79 affiliates across the country.

“In our view these audits demonstrate and our inside sources confirm that Planned Parenthood’s primary motivation is to take care of overbilling opportunities to maximize revenue in complex, well-funded federal and state programs that are understaffed and rely on the integrity of the provider for program compliance,” said Steven H. Aden, senior counsel for the Alliance Defense Fund, during a conference call with reporters Tuesday.

“We think it’s not about quality health care. In short, we think it’s about the bottom line. We think it’s about money,” Aden said.

The report compiled information from 10 separate audits in four states that showed $7.8 million in Medicaid overpayments to Planned Parenthood. California state auditors probed Planned Parenthood once in 2004. New York state conducted seven audits of the organization in 2009 and 2010. Texas conducted an audit in 2009. Washington state conducted an audit from 2007-2009.

The audits found 12 types of potential fraud by Planned Parenthood affiliates, including overbilling Medicaid; billing Medicaid for abortion-related services in violation of the federal Hyde Amendment that bars federal funding of abortion; dispensing prescription drugs – including oral contraception – without a prescription; and billing for services not medically necessary.

“These ten state audits found numerous improper practices resulting in significant Title XIX-Medicaid overpayments of nearly $8 million to Planned Parenthood affiliates for family planning and reproductive health services claims,” the report said. “Furthermore, thirty-eight federal audits of state family planning programs by HHS-OIG found between $88 million and $99 million in overbilling.”

Planned Parenthood has been in the news recently after the Susan G. Komen for the Cure, a breast cancer foundation, initially withdrew funding from Planned Parenthood before reversing itself under heavy political pressure and restoring funding.

Oversight of federal money going to Planned Parenthood is long overdue, said Marjorie Dannenfelser, president of the Susan B. Anthony List, a pro-life organization.

“After 40 years of receiving taxpayer funding, not one oversight hearing of Planned Parenthood has occurred,” Dannenfelser told reporters during the conference call. “Now is the time for scrutiny on behalf of it’s most important benefactor, the American taxpayer and on behalf of the young women that it purports to serve.”

“Planned Parenthood receives 46 percent of its budget from taxpayers,” Dannenfelser later added. “Taxpayers spend over $1 million a day on this non-profit entity, which reports over $1 billion in net assets. No organization is entitled to taxpayer funds, especially one mired in controversy and under investigation. An organization which receives such largess from taxpayers deserves scrutiny.”

With regards to the political pressure Planned Parenthood exerted on the Komen group, Dannenfelser said, “Their current posture of entitlement is that of a spoiled teenager, not a mature non-profit committed to programs with integrity.”

“What Planned Parenthood did to that venerable and honorable organization is nothing less than a Mafia-style shakedown,” Aden said.

A Planned Parenthood spokesperson did not comment on the report after CNSNews.com contacted the organization by phone and e-mail.

The 2004 audit by the California Health and Human Services Agency found that Planned Parenthood of San Diego and Riverside Counties did not comply with billing requirements from February 2003 through May 2004. It found the state made $5.2 million in excess payments to Planned Parenthood.

The New York State Office of Medicaid Inspector General found in June 2009 overpayments of $12,173 to Planned Parenthood Hudson Peconic, Inc. Another audit in May 2010 found $112,490 in overpayments to Planned Parenthood Hudson Peconic, Inc.

A New York audit in February 2010 found the $12,031 in overpayments to Planned Parenthood of Nassau County, Inc. A January 2009 audit found $207,809 in Medicaid overpayments to Planned Parenthood of New York City.

An audit of Planned Parenthood of New York City/Margaret Sanger Center found at least $1.2 million in Medicaid overpayments. Another New York audit in December 2009 of PPNYC/Margaret Sanger Center found another $886.25 in overpayments.

Finally, a February 2010 audit of Planned Parenthood of South Central New York, Inc., found $11,539 in Medicaid overpayments.

A 2009 audit by the Texas Department of State Health Services found several instances of unpaid subcontractors. Subcontractors identified billings totaling $529,707.

The Washington state Department of Social and Health Services audit, conducted from 2007 to 2009, found numerous instances of overbilling totaling $629,142.

‘GATES OF HELL’ GRABS STAGE IN PLANNED PARENTHOOD DISPUTE

The “Gates of Hell” movie project by Molotov Mitchell of Illuminati Pictures has captured part of the stage in the developing controversy over the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure Foundation’s decision to stop donating to the nation’s biggest abortion industry player, Planned Parenthood.

The Komen Foundation explained earlier this week that it wasn’t going to donate to organizations that are under investigation for their activities. Planned Parenthood is under investigation in several venues. Komen later issued a statement changing course again, saying it would give to the abortion business again.

The movie was noted in an Examiner report on the blowup between the breast cancer-fighting organization and Planned Parenthood.

“Planned Parenthood has been also under scrutiny by some members of the African-American community because of the high proportion of abortions being performed on Black women,” the report said. “Film maker Molotov Mitchell, who recently produced the film, ‘Gates of Hell’ has alleged that Planned Parenthood from its inception, under the direction of Margaret Sander (sic), targeted Black and minority women. It has also been targeted by The National Black Catholic Congress.”

Mitchell earlier told WND the film explores the black genocide pursued by Planned Parenthood in an entirely different light.

“If it is indeed true that the black community is being targeted for extinction today, this is like major political thriller stuff,” he said.

He noted Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger’s views of race, her work on the Negro Project and mounting evidence that abortion clinics are disproportionately distributed among black and minority communities as evidence of an underlying conspiracy. At one time, Mitchell points out, civil-rights leaders were at the forefront of sounding the alarm over abortion’s “racist” agenda.

He said today that ultimately the “racial components, the racial directives of Planned Parenthood will be its undoing. And the more that people become aware that Planned Parenthood is racist, and racially driven to exterminate the Black population and has always been driven since their founding, Planned Parenthood finally will be done.”

He continued, “There’s nothing more radioactive than the word racist. It’s fortunate for pro-lifers that Planned Parenthood has such a huge Achilles heel in that they are racist from their origins to the present.”

Officials with Planned Parenthood did not respond to messages requesting comment.

In published website statements the abortion company has said officials are “alarmed and saddened” that the Komen Foundation would “have succumbed to political pressure.”

“Anti-choice groups in America have repeatedly threatened the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Foundation for partnering with Planned Parenthood … and news articles suggest that the Komen Foundation ultimately succumbed to these pressures,” the group stated.

Planned Parenthood supporters rallied to attack Komen, from trying to block permits for its parades to accusing Komen of abandoning women’s health interests.

But Mitchell said the racism of Planned Parenthood is a “skeleton in the closet” that the abortion business would not want publicized. So pro-life activists need to expose it, he said.

Noting there’s no defense for racism, he said, “I really believe the ‘Gates of Hell’ approach is the most effective approach that we can utilize at this juncture. We have to present the facts and allow people to connect the dots.”

Planned Parenthood critics constantly note the high number of abortion clinics in minority and black communities and their relative scarcity in affluent and white suburbs.

But the racism is evident even in recent incidents.

It was just a few years ago that Planned Parenthood was caught on tape agreeing to take a donation for an abortion that would destroy an unborn black child specifically.

It was uncovered through the work of Lila Rose, then editor of the Los Angeles-based Advocate and now chief of Live Action, which goes undercover to document the activities of abortion providers.

In a taped interview, an Idaho official for Planned Parenthood said it was “understandable” that a donor would want to contribute to abortions targeting blacks so that his own, presumably white, child would have less competition in college.

The conversation:

Actor: I want to specify that abortion to help a minority group, would that be possible?

Planned Parenthood: Absolutely.

Actor: Like the black community for example?

Planned Parenthood: Certainly.

Actor: The abortion – I can give money specifically for a black baby, that would be the purpose?

Planned Parenthood: Absolutely. If you wanted to designate that your gift be used to help an African-American woman in need, then we would certainly make sure that the gift was earmarked for that purpose.

Actor: Great, because I really faced trouble with affirmative action, and I don’t want my kids to be disadvantaged against black kids. I just had a baby; I want to put it in his name.

Planned Parenthood: Yes, absolutely.

Actor: And we don’t, you know we just think, the less black kids out there the better.

Planned Parenthood: (Laughs) Understandable, understandable.

Actor: Right. I want to protect my son, so he can get into college.

Planned Parenthood: All right. Excuse my hesitation, this is the first time I’ve had a donor call and make this kind of request, so I’m excited, and want to make sure I don’t leave anything out.

At that time, Day Gardner, president of the National Black Pro-Life Union, said, “African-Americans are having abortions at a hugely disproportionate rate according to their population, and Planned Parenthood has no shame whatsoever in accepting money that specifically targets our community.”

The audio was posted on YouTube, which later censored it.

Sanger supported eugenics through birth control to cull people she considered unfit from the population. In 1921, she said eugenics is “the most adequate and thorough avenue to the solution of racial, political and social problems.”

At one point, Sanger lamented “the ever increasing, unceasingly spawning class of human beings who never should have been born at all.” Another time, Sanger wrote, “We do not want the word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population.”

The National Black Catholic Congress also has weighed in on the issue, challenging its members to choose the cause of death most costly to the black community, since 1973.

“Think about it for a minute. Is it heart disease – 2,266,789 deaths since 1973, cancer – 1,638,350, or accidents – 370,723? It is AIDS – 203,695, or violent crimes – 306,313? There is one possibility that is often overlooked. It happens 1,452 times a day in our community. It has taken over 13 million Black lives within the last 30 years. It has taken 1/3 of our present population. What is it? ABORTION!”

The group continued, “The CDC reports that of the approximately 4,000 abortions that are performed daily in the United States, 1,452 of them are performed on African American women and their pre-born children. This means that although African Americans represent only 12 percent of the population in the United States, they account for 35 percent of the abortions,” the report said.

Mitchell said his documentary’s trailer is shocking and provocative, which is what trailers are supposed to be:

When undercover videos began popping up and shedding a negative light on abortion provider Planned Parenthood, the organization’s response was predictable. But while the group worked to defend itself and condemned Live Action, the anti-abortion group behind the investigative videos, one would‘ve assumed that Planned Parenthood’s outspoken executives would take the time to actually watch the videos before panning them.
Not so with Planned Parenthood‘s vice president for communications Stuart Schear who’s admitted he hasn‘t even viewed the videos he’s accused Live Action of having “doctored.”

We firmly believe that the edited .. that the tape from the Bronx is doctored,” Schear says.
“But you haven’t seen the tape yet, have you?” Fox News producer Jesse Watters asks. “Have you seen the tape?”
“I actually have not seen the full tape yet,” Schear admits.

NEW YORK (The Blaze/AP) — Health care provider Planned Parenthood (PP)will retrain employees who deal with patients in how to report potential risks to minors, following the release of secretly recorded videotapes by an anti-abortion group that alleges they show clinic staff counseling a man posing as a pimp for underage prostitutes.

[Below is new video, released today, showing a PP worker in New York City counseling the fake pimp on how he can pose as the teens' guardian so they can get services.]

Planned Parenthood, which has more than 800 health clinics and 11,000 employees nationwide, announced the retraining effort Monday. It also said it was changing its disciplinary policy to termination in all proved cases in which there has been a failure to report. The policy previously included punishments such as leave without pay and retraining.

Planned Parenthood Federation of America Inc., which has national offices in New York and Washington, D.C., says it delivers vital reproductive health care and sex education to millions of people. It said Monday the goal of retraining was to show a “firm commitment” to reporting any potential harm to minors.

Federation spokesman Stuart Schear emphasized that the training was not new but was meant as a refresher. He said training will follow state laws where affiliates have clinics.

“We want to be crystal clear for those millions of people who come to us and trust us that we will never put a minor at risk,” he said.

Live Action Films has released three more videos as part of their on-going undercover investigation of Planned Parenthood. The three videos are from three different clinics in Virginia and, according to Live Action, they are unedited and complete.

In a written statement, Live Action founder Lila Rose said: Today, we are sending Attorney General Cuccinelli and Virginia law enforcement officials new, disturbing footage from three Virginia clinics. The footage explicitly shows Planned Parenthood staff willing to engage in activity that sexually exploits minors and young women. The evidence continues to mount, and shows a clear pattern where Planned Parenthood is willing aid and abet the sex-trafficking industry. These are abhorrent practices and it is time Planned Parenthood be held accountable.”
