BILL AYERS TO UNIVERSITY STUDENTS: AMERICA’S ‘GAME IS OVER’ AND ‘ANOTHER WORLD’ IS COMING

by Erica Ritz
Bill Ayers
Bill Ayers spoke at the University of Oregon last week on the subject of teaching and organizing for “social justice.” His speech was not free of the radical sentiments he is well-known for espousing (especially in the company of America’s youth). Case in point: he spoke of the end of America, a new world, and what our role ought to be in all of it.

(Related: Bill Ayers: ‘I Get Up Every Morning and Think…Today I’m Going to End Capitalism)

Almost as interesting as Ayers’ speech itself, perhaps, was how the leftist radical was introduced by the university students. One girl, who described herself as a doctoral student at the university, spoke of the privilege they would have with their honored guest, in an “evening [of] radical imagination.”

Two others, an associate professor at the university and a graduate student, remarked: “Most of us have in one way or another acknowledged the sovereign authority of the U.S. government– or the state of Oregon– in order to be here tonight, either admission to the university, applying for a job, or just paying the parking meter. We have not, however, asked permission of the [Native Americans] whose ancestral home this is, and to fail to acknowledge that this remains disputed territory would in effect be taking sides, [and] reinforce the erasure of indigenous history and indigenous peoples.”
When Ayers spoke, it was largely of how the “American Empire” is over, and what this means for her citizens (though there was a fair amount of “the wasteful American” theme throughout as well):
The great challenge for our generation [is] to find a way not just to live differently as individuals, but to find a way to think differently about what work means, to think differently about citizenship means, to think differently about what it means to be a ‘citizen of the world.’ One of the great dangers that we live in right now, is I don’t think there’s any question, and I don’t think any of you would question, that the American Empire is in decline–that economically, and politically, and in some ways culturally, that we are in decline. And yet, the United States remains the most powerful, weaponized military system the Earth has ever known.
That’s a treacherous combination. A declining economic power, and an expanding military power. And we are going to have to find ways to re-imagine what it means to live in this coun–in this world. And here we are 4% of the world’s population, 4.5% of the world’s population, consuming vast amounts of natural resources, consuming vast amounts of finished goods, and no politician will say that the empire is declining and that the game is over.
It’s over. Now what? [Emphasis added]
Perhaps we will transform into a Euro-style state, though that was not a peaceful transition for Europeans, Ayers noted:

And you know, my optimistic friends say: “Oh boy, we’re going to look like Germany, or England, or France,” and I think “Jeese.” I mean, first of all, for England and France and Germany to become non-empires it took the deaths of millions and millions of people, so let’s remember that.

On a less chilling, and far more familiar note, Ayers called Republicans racist militants:

But let’s also remember that as power shifts, and as people feel something changing, they can either embrace it as a possible good thing in the world, or they can hold on to and become more, you know, reactionary. More racist, more militaristic, and that’s happening too. So it shouldn’t surprise us to see the Republican primaries.
I don’t know about you but I watch the debates as if watching a train wreck, I mean I was just fascinated with it– my wife is just sickened by it– but, I thought it was interesting and also telling that that is a tendency that we’re going to see more and more of.
But how does the leftist radical see the world from here? With all of the protests and the great changes throughout the world, what does Bill Ayers see for our future?

And that means, for me that means, that it’s our responsibility to fight here and now for a little more democracy, a little more participation, a little more peace, and keep putting our shoulder on that wheel because the opposition is fighting for– you know, another world is definitely coming, but that doesn’t mean it’s going to be a better world, and it’s our responsibility to jump in. [Emphasis added]

Socialism is as Socialism Does

Ronald Reagan taught us, “How do you tell a communist? Well, it’s someone who reads Marx and Lenin. And how do you tell an anti-Communist? It’s someone who understands Marx and Lenin.”

Barack Obama’s mentor as a young man was communist party member Frank Marshall Davis.  As a community organizer he was a follower and promoter of the communist fellow-traveler Saul Alinsky’s methods and goals.  As a professional in Hyde Park he associated with socialist radicals such as Bill Ayers.  As an up-and-coming Chicago Politician he attended the church of Reverend Jeremiah Wright, an outspoken proponent of the socialist Black Liberation Theology. As president he appointed communist Van Jones to be one of his many Czars.  Mr. Obama says he is not a socialist.  However, simple logic tells us if it looks like a duck and walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck you can be relatively certain it’s a duck.

Mr. Obama has told us that he seeks to be a transformational president like his idol FDR.  He was bold enough to tell us just days before the election in 2008 that he would fundamentally transform America.  In just one term he has accomplished much along the way to changing us from what we have always been into what the Progressives have always wanted us to be.

How has Barak Obama transformed us?  Into what is he transforming us?  A look at his impressive *list of firsts as president of these United States points in the direction he is herding us:

Mr. Obama is leading us from being the first among nations to being just another vote in the United Nations.  Now there’s a level playing field for you.  And now it’s time for another election, some say our most important, some say perhaps our last.

In many ways this election cycle is refreshing.  For generations the Progressives have pretended to be something they are not to win elections.  They have pretended to be dedicated to the American dream of personal liberty, economic freedom and the belief that America was different from other nations, that as the world’s first and most enduring modern experiment in a republic based on limited government we were exceptional.  Although the policies of the Progressives have always been at odds with this assumed identity at least every election cycle they would tip their hat to the America of our fathers and portray themselves as a Thomas Jefferson or an Andrew Jackson.

Therefore, 2012 is shaping up to be the election where the Progressives cast aside their mask and run as who they are: the American version of socialism promising to tax the rich and spread the wealth around, from each according to their ability to each according to their need.

If Mr. Obama wins re-election on this platform the Progressives will finally have their chance to give Americans the same kind of cradle-to-grave utopia the happy people of Russia, China, North Korea, and Hitler’s Germany have had the fortune to endure.  If Mr. Obama wins re-election espousing the true intentions of the Progressives, to change the constitution from a rock solid foundation for freedom into a living document that is a dead letter, he will succeed at his vow to fundamentally transform America.

He will fundamentally transform the dreams of our fathers for a land of liberty and opportunity into the dreams of his father who was a pro-communist social engineer and America will become just another country trying to build heaven on earth by plundering some to benefit others.

As to his  utopian beliefs and aspirations President Obama has said, “I am confident we can create a Kingdom right here on Earth”

President Reagan also told us, “Socialism only works in two places: Heaven where they don’t need it, and hell where they already have it.”

*Lists of Mr. Obama’s firsts are found numerous places.  The sources referenced for each first are merely representative of the many available for each.

The Summer of Disruption in America

By Boyd Richard Boyd

As the summer of 2012 heats up, the George Soros financed Occupy Walls Street will be more about disruption of the working class than trying to get the working class to join. The OWS strategy to cause a major disruption could be as simple as turning a knob.

When OWS was still just a dream in the minds of Van Jones, Anonymous, the unions, and the like, these people and entities must have had in their heads the wishful scenario wherein the majority of Americans, known by OWS as the working class, would see the justness of the Occupy cause and with their greedy little hearts run to the streets, lugging tents behind them, demanding unearned money from the rich and swelling the numbers of Occupy into a political force to stand toe-to-toe with the Tea Party.
Instead, OWS, unlike the Tea Party, showed no purpose it was willing to make explicit and no demands it was willing to reveal, while exhibiting rampant lawlessness, racist and sexist incivility, and a startling lack of depth.

OWS leadership most likely assume that their failure to get the working class is the fault of the 1% — or the bourgeoisie, as Lenin called them — who, thanks to capitalism, are “in a position to bribe the upper strata of the proletariat; these strata, so bribed, naturally behave as ‘traitors.’” You, your friends, and your neighbors, through imperialism (capitalism), are being bribed (earning a paycheck) by your bourgeoisie overlords (bosses) to be traitors (non-communist) — and that’s why the working class haven’t shown their solidarity to OWS.

The gloves are about to come off for the Occu-Proletariat, and they are about to target all the class traitors to the cause. The venom they have been reserving for the rich and/or Jews will now be spewed at the majority of their class peers — the turncoats who have chosen to keep being productive each day instead of camping in their own waste at Zuccotti Park.

How can they completely disrupt the nation, cost millions of dollars to major industries, and really put the screws to the working class? Occupy Air Toilets, of course. The strategy would be simple. OWS members in each state would book flights on different airlines over one day. When the planes go up in the air, the Occupiers simply get up from their seats, walk into the restrooms, lock the doors and refuse to come out. The little “Occupied” sign would even be lit up — what a YouTube moment! Don’t be surprised to hear rumblings on the progressive grapevine about the Occupy Air Toilet J5SDS (July 5th Sit-Down Strike) to be held on the 87th anniversary of the Wagner Act, which set up the National Labor Relations Board.
Occupy Air Toilets would only be a first, high-profile strike at the transportation and service sectors — two sectors which have many friendly and sympathetic unionists willing to aid or simply look the other way. And after pulling similar stunts in buses, trains, bars, restaurants, and even elevators in high-rise office buildings by overcrowding them and refusing to leave, what will be the next step on the OWS agenda?

Things will escalate to explicit, widespread, coordinated crime and violence. Of course, it will be directed at the cops at first. At first. OWS will probably even bring back their original Day of Rage moniker from September 17, 2011. Why the “newfound” thirst for violence from the self-labeled non-violent movement?

OWS will remember these words of Lenin:
The revolutionary dictatorship of the proletariat is won and maintained by the use of violence by the proletariat against the bourgeoisie, rule that is unrestricted by any laws.
And if not, surely OWS will remember the words of former Weather Underground terrorist Bill Ayers, from page 2 of Prairie Fire: The Politics of Revolutionary Anti-Imperialism:
The only path to the final defeat of imperialism and the building of socialism is revolutionary war. [snip]

Revolutionary war will be complicated and protracted. It includes mass struggle and clandestine struggle, peaceful and violent, political and economic, cultural and military, where all forms are developed in harmony with the armed struggle.

Without mass struggle there can be no revolution.
Without armed struggle there can be no victory.

After all, George Soros and Ayers is standing right there with OWS, cheerleading them into the toilet.

Obama’s Pal from the Weather Underground – Bill Ayers Rants: Why Do Uniformed Military Get to Board Planes First?

by Berry Johnson

Bill Ayers and his wife Bernadine Dohrn paid an impromptu visit to Occupy Wall Street in New York City Friday, bestowing their advice to a gaggle of elated protesters.  Ayers and Dohrn, former leaders of the violent leftist Weather Underground group, were greeted like rock stars at the camp. A reception, you’ll soon hear, they wouldn‘t want to give the nation’s military members.

The couple passed along protesting and anti-military nuggets of wisdom to the youngsters who received it in good spirits. For example, the former confidants to President Obama made sure to mention that America is “a declining power” that must depend on “a militarized 1%.”

Dohrn didn’t parse words:

In a declining empire, which, you know, the United States is, lets agree, the United States is a declining economic and political power even while its a veralent and expanding military power, a very dangerous combination.  But in that, I just want to suggest that I think that what looks very strong is often very weak.  It is very weak. Even though, this military force, the United States is Sparta. Yes, in many ways, national security … its all The United States seems to have to offer. It isn’t jobs or healthcare or public education or public parks or public libraries, it’s security, security, security.  We don’t want that kind of a future, Occupy doesn’t want that kind of a future.” [Emphasis added]

On that note, Ayers lamented the special treatment American military members receive on domestic flights. He recalled his flight to New York and how service members were allowed to board first:

“We are living in a militarized society. That, that, it’s clear what the message is from power.  The message is that Occupy represents violence, and marginalization and insanity, when in reality it’s the 1% that represents violence, and insanity and militarism.  We’ve got a militarized society and its become so common sense that, getting on the airplane coming out here, the first thing they said was let all the, uhh, let all the ya know, uniformed military get on first and thank you for your service.  And I said as I always do: let’s let the teachers and nurses get on first and thank them for their service.  I mean, why is it that everything military has got to be good and everything that has to do with actual work, real work, not jobs, real work for people, that stuff gets discouraged and marginalized.” [Emphasis added]

Capitalism took it on the chin as well.  A recent Blaze article by Madeleine Morgenstern highlighted Ayers stating his everyday dream: “Today I’m going to end capitalism.”  But what you have not heard is what Ayers said beforehand.

“We have to begin to imagine a world without war, a world without prisons, a world without borders,” he explained before adding, “We can’t imagine a world without Capitalism!?  What the F–k would that look like?”

“But actually, I can imagine it, and I want you to imagine it.”

Dohrn went on to say the U.S. should cancel all student debt.

But the pair didn’t end their theorizing there. In fact, they even went on to broach Obama’s controversial former pastor Jeremiah Wright. According to Dohrn, Wright is an “incredible guy”:

“Take Jeremiah Wright, Rev. Jeremiah Wright in the last election, right?   An incredible guy.  … He has had this absolutely exemplary life in the church and what happens to him?  He’s in a nano second demonized, just boom, like that. … So invite him to Occupy is what I’m saying.  His way was he belonged to a very big community.

“He’s a deep and fabulous guy,” Dohrn concluded, “so invite him to speak.”

You can see it all for yourself below (content warning for language):

Obama’s Buddy – Bill Ayers Teaches Radical Theory At #OccupyChicago

by Billy HallowellFormer terrorist-turned-university professor Bill Ayers (you may remember him from his ongoing presence in 2008 presidential campaign theoretic), made an appearance last week at Occupy Chicago.

The former radical, a member of the infamous and violent Weather Underground, discussed his experience with “revolutions,” gave advice about how to handle the Tea Party and took a solid jab at President Barack Obama — a man many believe he was once friends with.

Considering the Occupy movement’s ongoing calls for “revolution” and a major push for a fundamentally changed system, it’s no wonder Ayers was brought in to address the Chicago protesters. Among their many questions, his audience wondered how they should handle the media’s continued comparison between Occupy Wall Street and the Tea Party.

“A big bright line running through the Tea Party movement is Jingoism, Nativism, racism,” he told the protesters. “A big bright line is funding from the Koch brothers.” Of course, Ayers didn’t mention anything about the large-scale progressive groups that are assisting with Occupy Wall Street and its sister protests.

While he characterized the conservative movement in these terms, he also said it‘s important to remember that those who associate with the Tea Party aren’t the Occupiers’ enemies. ”Even when they’re huffed up with false stupidity and manipulated by all kinds of forces,” he reiterated.

Rather than violence — a tactic his Weather Underground was never afraid to employ — Ayers directed the students to rely on their natural “tools”:

“I think you should use your brilliance, your humor, your wisdom, your body to dramatize the violence that exists. But we do not live in a neutral — not when there’s a trillion dollar military budget — the biggest in the world, not when they’re recruiting kids to be in the service, not when every athletic event begins with guns and marching…that‘s a violent culture and that’s where we live…”
And, very oddly, he was sure to slip in a dig at Obama. ”Somebody like Barack Obama who drone strikes American citizens is saying ‘I want you all to be non-violent.’ Well, I want you to be non-violent,” he quipped.

Below, watch Ayers give his leftist advice to the protesters:
