McCain’s BETRAYAL Of The Republican Party Is NOW Complete!

If there WERE an ‘Academy Award’ for RINO Leading Man, ‘Republican’ John McCain has just won it, hands down.

It was yet another final straw in a career of final straws: On Monday, Arizona Sen. John McCain walked back a promise to help oppose Hillary Clinton’s Supreme Court choices if he were part of a Republican Senate majority.
According to The Hill, McCain seemed to intimate he might even be open to supporting said candidates, no matter what their ideological backgrounds.
McCain’s spokeswoman, Rachel Dean, said that McCain “believes you can only judge people by their record,” and even though Clinton “has a clear record of supporting liberal judicial nominees,” McCain would consider them.
“Sen. McCain will, of course, thoroughly examine the record of any Supreme Court nominee put before the Senate and vote for or against that individual based on their qualifications as he has done throughout his career,” Dean’s statement continued.
The statement came only hours after McCain had promisingly told a Philadelphia radio station that the Republican Senate, should the GOP maintain a majority, was ready to utilize its advise and consent role it had kept locked up in Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s desk for the entirety of the Obama administration.
“I promise you that we will, we will be united against any Supreme Court nominee that Hillary Clinton — if she were president — would put up,” McCain said. “This is why we need the majority.”

John McCain Using Obama Donors to Purge Arizona Tea Party

john-mccain-pirateJohn McCain has got to go. He’s up for reelection in 2016. The Tea Party needs to begin the process of ridding this political pariah from office. He’s a menace to good government and constitutional fidelity.

McCain’s latest deed of political maleficence is working behind the scenes to lead a purge of Republican conservatives from leadership positions in Arizona, using the help of big Obama donors Greg and Lisa Wendt of San Francisco to do it. “Trading on his Vietnam War hero status, a new super PAC started by McCain’s political allies “reportedly recruited Vietnamese-Americans in Arizona who respect McCain for taking ‘up the cause of the country’s refugees’ and his military service to many precinct posts. According to Politico, ‘more than 50 individuals of Vietnamese descent signed up to run for the precinct slots, and won.’”
Many Republicans consider John McCain to be a war hero. Yes, he survived being a prisoner of war in Vietnam. This doesn’t qualify him to be a principled person when it comes to politics. He’s vindictive and spends more time attacking his fellow Republicans than the Democrats. In fact, he said, “I think the Democratic Party is a fine party, and I have no problems with it, in their views and their philosophy.”
Ted Cruz was right when he said the following:
“You want to lose elections? Stand for nothing. Look at the last four congressional elections, in ’06, ’08, ’10′, and ’12. In 3 of the four we followed that strategy. In ‘06, ‘08 and ‘12, we put our head down, we stood for nothing and we got walloped.
“The one election that was a tremendous election was 2010, when Republicans drew a line in the sand. We said we stand unequivocally against Obamacare, against bankrupting the country, and we won an historic tidal wave of an election.
“And of course then all of us remember President Dole, and President McCain, and President Romney. Now look those are good men, those are decent men — but when you don’t stand and draw a clear distinction, when you don’t stand for principle, Democrats celebrate.”
The 2014 election was even bigger for conservatives than 2010. Was McCain and his fellow-Establishment Republicans leading the charge against the Democrats with a conservative agenda? They were nowhere to be found. In order for Establishment Republican Thad Cochran to win in Mississippi, he had to align himself with Democrats to beat back a primary challenge against Tea Party candidate Chris McDaniel.

John McCain was not happy with Cruz’s comments or his principled strategy to put our nation on sound constitutional footing. McCain said the following on Democrat-friendly MSNBC:
“[Sen. Cruz] can say what he wants to about me, and he can say anything he wants to, I think, about Mitt – Mitt’s capable of taking it. But when he throws Bob Dole in there, I wonder if he thinks that Bob Dole stood for principle on that hilltop in Italy when he was so gravely wounded and left part of his body there fighting for our country?”
What does one thing have to do with the other? Nothing.
The Right Scoop gets it right:
“This is why I said McCain sounds like a slimy Democrat because this is exactly what slimy Democrats do. McCain goes on MSNBC to attack Cruz and suggest that he doesn’t respect the military sacrifice that Dole gave for this country. How dare he!
“Ted Cruz was not talking about Dole’s military service and McCain knows it. Cruz was talking about his political campaign for president. He was talking about the Republican Party.”
McCain is “not only a liberal Republican, but he’s vindictive and ethically challenged. He doesn’t seem to represent Arizona. He represents a handful of wealthy out of state donors trying to manufacture voters still willing to blindly pull the lever for him.”

You’ll have to watch this to believe it.

In a harsh criticism of House Republicans and think tanks critical of Rep. John Boehner’s plan to raise the debt limit, the 2008 Republican Presidential nominee, who chose Tea Party darling Sarah Palin for VP, said about this about a faction of his own party:

Granted, Sen. McCain was quoting a Wall Street Journal opinion piece this morning when he recited this passage:

“The Republican House that failed to raise the debt ceiling would somehow escape all blame. Then Democrats would have no choice but to pass a balanced-budget amendment and reform entitlements, and the tea-party Hobbits could return to Middle Earth having defeated Mordor.

This is the kind of crack political thinking that turned Sharron Angle and Christine O’Donnell into GOP Senate nominees.”

McCain’s eruption was the product of his frustration with “fellow” conservatives who are still holding out for a balanced budget amendment as part of any compromise on the debt ceiling. McCain accused those pushing for the amendment as “deceiving” America into believing such a thing can pass the Senate:

Is this McCain’s strategy to build a coalition with those in his own party to get a plan actually done? Is this how he thinks he can sway support for Boehner’s plan?

Speaking of “hobbits,” I can only imagine McCain using this Lord of the Rings reference the next time he takes to the Senate floor to discuss opposition to a bill:

Posted on July 27, 2011 at 7:32pm always called him John Mc Lame for a reason. And it didn’t come from his service, it’s mental not physical.

Juan McCain has a lot of nerve for a dweeb.

Capt. Uber-Goober is a disgrace.

I wish Sarah Palin would replace his sorry a**!
I’d love to see a “real” Republican as the Senator of Arizona, running things in conjunction with Jan Brewer.
I think Sarah would do a lot of good with a Senate mega-phone on the Senate floor!

His daughter is just as “smart” as he is. What a family. This is why the republican DC power elite must be replaced in 2012. For them, this is all politics as usual.

The lilberal in a Republican Suit. Mr Kiss A** to obama and buddy to george soros. And how about that daughter of his; a real piece of work

I knew McCain was an idiot as soon as he asked McPalin to be his running mate

News Flash: McCain officially changes parties.

He is now worse than a RINO.

Reid, Shumer & McCain……..The three amigos.

This is exactly the reason during the 2004 election that the Dems were recruiting JM for the Dem party ticket. I’m a retired submarine navy veteran and I was always mesmerized by his service, which was very stellar and what he went through in that Hanoi Hotel I wouldn’t wish on anyone, but the TAINT of DC has corroded this warrior just like it did to John Murtha. You can’t stay in politics in DC without losing your soul. The founding fathers knew this.I guess they never thought that term limits would be required since by their example they thought everyone else would follow. Enter the progressives. I also remember that Teddy Ken visited the Vatican before he died. Was he trying to make some kind of deal for his soul? Dodd & Kennedy coined the term “waitress sandwich”, which i’m not going to explain. The corrosion and corruption has only increased with all of the lobbyists. They all should be BANNED. The summer break should be reserved to talk to lobbyists in their home states and the rest of the year should be for us citizens.

Senator McCain, thank you for your heroic service to our country while you were in the U.S. Navy. And thank you for bringing Sarah Palin on as your VP candidate. I know a fair number of people who decided to go vote after you did that. I do hope you will retire soon, so you can enjoy being with grandchildren and fishing, and maybe volunteering at some local soup kitchen or something. Seriously.

McCain is a RINO. He is of no value, at all.

He obviously hasn’t read the Tolkien series, because if he had, he would know that the Hobbits were the only ones with any courage, and that they persevered in the face of all sorts of evils, betrayers, and nay-sayers, and eventually brought down the most powerful evil empire in existence that, if they had not destroyed it, would have conquered the whole of middle earth.

Obviously, McCain has no concept of “courage” or “principle”.

Remember Senator McKissButt pandering with his LYING “Build the Dang Wall” crap.
What a Liar.
Service or none, he’s a fraud.

This dude’s such a politician. The worst aspect is that he’s continually reactive – never proactive. John Wayne McCain is the quintessential arm chair quarterback; telling us what “should” have been done, once something has been done, whilst he was nowhere to be found.

If we manage to pull this thing out, mark my words: He’ll be the first one on the bandwagon championing his efforts.

McCain is what he is. A TRAITOR to all things American. For the price of filthy lucre he’s sold his soul to treason represented by Socialists of every ilk who reside on the Progressive (Marxist) political spectrum.

He and Lieberman were busy doing the tongue twirl with Obama and CCX to perform the greatest theft in money in the history of the world.

Sorry about your detainment at the hands of the North Vietnamese Mr McCain, but that does NOT give you right or reason to sell the Country out the rest of your perverted and unnatural life.

F off McCain, you are a disgrace to those who served in Vietnam.

Posted on July 27, 2011 at 9:01pm

Hes done now! Put a fork in him! He is the reason we have Obama, If he would have asked him a few simple questions during the debate.,…dumb ass!

Posted on July 27, 2011 at 9:08pm

… this from a backstabber who voted for TARP. Who voted for the Stimulus Bill. Who voted for OBAMMYCARE. McCain was my choice in 2008 instead of voting for what I knew to be a Communist. I never liked you, McCain. I voted for Sarah, not you. Your wife has money. Retire and get the he!! out of public life before you dishonor yourself and America any further.

Posted on July 27, 2011 at 9:09pm

McCain is Neo-Con #1! He was given 20 million dollars to run for the US Senate in AZ which is an incredible amount of money.

He’s a freaking disgrace. Not an honorable bone in his body. Please go grab Lieberman’s hand and join the DNC McCain.. and take your little homosexual buddy Lindsy Graham with you!

This is hilarious.

I was watching the Lord of the Rings recently with a friend and mentioned that Gollum reminded me of John McCain in his 2008 Presidential run… precious… I must have the precious…*gollum* *gollum*

Barney Frank. Two impediments for the price of one.

On Thursday’s Hardball show, Chris Matthews asked one of his typical long, poorly-worded questions and Massachusetts Congressman Barney Frank responded with one of his typical long, poorly thought-out answers.
“What do you make of this big shift,” Matthews circumnavigated, “away from Bushism, if you will? Away from tax cuts, from people who make certain amount of money and to begin a health fund, you know, national health care?”
“I think it’s what people voted fo-wah,” Frank said rhotically. “There was no secwet that this was going to happen. John McCain kept pwedicting that if Obama won, this would happen, and I think Obama felt an obwigation to make an honest man out of John McCain, to keep him honest. One, John’s always been pwetty honest. Of course, the pwivate sectow is the engine to cweate wealth. But we also know, as Fwanklin Woosevelt knew and as othews have known, that the pwivate sectow works best when it’s got a set of wules and a coopewative set of awwangements with the public sectow.”
Barney Frank, the congressman who gives you get two for the price of one — a speech impediment and an economic impediment.
